Prima verblijf met hier en daar mogelijkheden voor verbetering.
Pros:

Locatie, hotel zat bijna op het strand. Met een privé passage stond je op het strand.

Cons:

Te weinig bedjes op het strand, kwaliteit van de bedjes was minder. Bedjes op het strand waren niet schoongemaakt.

Pros:

Der erste Eindruck:
Der Eingangsbereich und die Zufahrt zum Hotel wirken leider sehr lieblos. Als wir beim Check-in saßen, schauten wir uns an und dachten im ersten Moment an eine totale Fehlbuchung. Zum Glück hat sich das im Nachhinein absolut nicht bestätigt – das Hotel selbst kann ich definitiv empfehlen!
​Zimmer:
Die Zimmer sind eher karg eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber und funktional. Es ist alles da, was man braucht: Klimaanlage, Föhn, Pflegeprodukte, Kühlschrank, Kaffee, Wasser usw.
Ein paar praktische Details fehlen allerdings: Es gibt nur auf einer Bettseite eine Steckdose (die zweite ist am Tisch). Wer keine Mehrfachsteckdose dabei hat, kann nicht auf beiden Seiten gleichzeitig das Handy laden. Zudem fehlen Haken im Zimmer und im Bad. Es gibt nur einen Handtuchständer und einen schmalen Schrank mit Bügeln. Um unsere Sachen zwischendurch zu trocknen, mussten wir die Balkonstühle nutzen, auf denen wir dann logischerweise nicht mehr sitzen konnten.
​Anlage, Pool & Strand:
Der Garten ist wunderschön und man merkt, wie viel Arbeit darin steckt. Er wird mühevoll gepflegt, täglich gegossen und bepflanzt. Der saubere Pool mit seinen alten Bäumen drumherum lädt absolut zum Entspannen ein (Handtücher und eine ordentliche Snackbar sind vorhanden). Praktisch ist auch der direkte Zugang zum Strand: Nach ca. 100 Metern ist man am Wasser und hat dort hoteleigene Liegen.
​Verpflegung:
Das Frühstück fanden wir leider eher "semi". Meine klare Empfehlung: Bucht lieber ohne Frühstück! Direkt auf der Touristenstraße vor dem Hotel gibt es unzählige schöne Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Dort findet man tolles Frühstück in jeder Preisklasse und bekommt auch richtig guten Kaffee oder Matcha. Aufgrund des Frühstücks haben wir das normale Hotelrestaurant abends gar nicht erst getestet, sondern direkt das Restaurant am Strand genutzt.

Cons:

ホテルのフロントで言われたシュノーケルの料金がダイビングショップに聞いた値段の倍だったので、不信感を持ちました。部屋のトイレが臭かったです。

Petit déjeuner bon et copieux

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner et la salle du restaurant, peu chaleureuses et bruyantes à cause des chaises sur le carrelage.
L’hôtel augmente ses prix au mois d’août (220 €/ nuit), ce qui ne correspond plus du tout au standing de l’hôtel, dommage. Je ne recommande donc pas cet hôtel en haute saison.

Bel hôtel mais cher par rapport aux prestations proposées.
Pros:

Bel hôtel avec piscine et à 40 (vrais) mètres de la plage. Par contre, un peu trop cher pour la qualité et le service plutôt moyen (1 seule serviette par personne, pas de tapis de sol).

Cons:

Mettre plus de linge dans les chambres (au moins 2 serviettes) compte tenu du prix trop élevé pour le Sri Lanka correspondant plus à un hôtel 5* sans les prestations.

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel, les chambres sont grandes et confortables, chacune avec un petit extérieur ( terrasse ou balcon)
Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la plage.
La piscine est superbe !

Nettes Hotel um ein paar Tage zu verweilen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Wir konnten einmal aufgrund einer Tour das gebucht Frühstück nicht konsumieren. Auf Anfrage erhielten wir einen Snack als Ausgleich. Der Pool mit Poolbar lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum ist es je nach Besucheranzahl etwas eng und laut. Einiges an der Anlage müsste überholt werden (zb Poolleiter, Toilette, Kasten, Lüftung). Da das Hotel anscheinend gern von Familien mit Kindern gebucht wird, kann es rund um den Pool bei Zeiten etwas lauter werden.

Pros:

The pool was great and the proximity to the beach and local restaurants was very good

Cons:

Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t live up to our expectations, especially considering the price. The rooms were very basic, the bathrooms were extremely small with no shelf space for personal items. There was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the shower, and the bathroom didn’t appear to be cleaned thoroughly. Even after the daily housekeeping, there was still soap scum left on the basin, which was disappointing. While the location may suit some travellers, we felt the overall experience didn’t justify the high price. There are likely better value options available with more comfortable facilities and attention to cleanliness.
