Rezeption bis spät besetzt, Café direkt im Hotel zum Abendessen.

Cons:

Da das Zimmer kein Fenster hat riecht es etwas muffig. In der Nacht kamen uns im Bad einige Kakerlaken besuchen. Die Umgebung ist nicht schön direkt am Highway.

What I don’t like about this hotel is that we are not able to rest properly at all. We are paying money and booking this place, and it is rated as a three-star hotel, but we cannot even sleep comfortably.
The mattress is very uncomfortable — it feels like a spring mattress, and the spring noise makes it impossible to sleep.
Also, we can hear all the noise from the next room, and it is very disturbing for us. This is a very important issue.
Another thing is, there is no proper TV in the room. I feel that a hotel should at least have a TV — otherwise, what is the point? This also needs to be improved.
Please arrange to change our room or move us to a better one as soon as possible.
