This is a lovely hotel for the most part, with excellent staff and mostly quick service. There is a big problem due to the lack of electric plugs near any mirror, which makes hair drying and shaving very challenging. There is also a very strange policy in teh restuarant which does not allow one to get a glass of tap water at either lunch or dinner, instead requiring that one order and pay for a large bottle of water. Given that there ios a cold water dispenser right inside this makes the customer feel manipulated into purchasing something and it doesnt sit wrell in a nice hotel.

We are having a great stay, the location is wonderful and the staff is great. We have had a very personable experience with Faiz from the moment we showed up to drop off our bags before check-in. He has been there every morning during our stay and given us a very memorable time at park avenue hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Avenue Rochester (Hotel & Suites), and I’m truly grateful for the amazing hospitality I received while celebrating my henna night. The team kindly gave me a free upgrade, along with early check-in and late check-out, which made my experience even more special and stress-free.

A huge thank you to Sabrina for arranging everything so perfectly — your effort really meant a lot to me. I would also like to appreciate Faizal, Nurul, Monisha, and Ram, as well as Aliff from the housekeeping department, for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

The suite was beautifully renovated, clean, and very comfortable. It was truly a great stay, and I couldn’t have asked for better.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay. Will definitely return again! 💖

This hotel is a go-to place when I have to arrange for hotel stay for my overseas guests and directors.

The hotel is located near 2 MRT lines, namely the East-West line and the circle line and travelling to places like Orchard is a stone throw away.

This hotel has a great team of dedicated staff - a big thank you to Ms Serena, Merilyn, Ashley and the Front Desk team who are always there to render great help when I needed them.

Today, my boss forgot his luggage and Faiz was very kind to assist and help brought down the luggage (after clearing some security verification with me).

I highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I had an amazing time staying at Park Avenue Rochester. The location is excellent with train and eateries within walking distance. Despite the renovation, the room has been quiet and comfortable. Not to mention, the staff at PAR have been excellent especially Melvin. Melvin is always smiley and make it at ease to approach. He also assisted me in my booking for my next stay. My son love seeing him at the reception. Would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Park Avenue Rochester, all thanks to Ram at the front desk! He’s incredibly warm, friendly and so witty—his great sense of humor made every interaction a delight. I had a wonderful and great experience staying at this Hotel! I want to thank the great and amazing service staff Cyril, for helping me store my luggages and also checking in me even though I was a bit early that day. Also, I really appreciate what he did as he was able to find my wallet that day and I left it somewhere in the Lobby and really helpful on what he did there. I would say overall I enjoyed my stay here and the Rooms are very well arrange and clean! Thank you
