Rude guy cut the queue and hamper breakfast staff
Pros:

The breakfast provided by this hotel is overall very good. But today (19/06/2026), close to breakfast time at 9:30, a guy wearing a backpack shamelessly jumped the queue, and without waiting for the staff, he scanned his card and ticked his room number on his own

Pleasant Place and Nice Staff
Pros:

Great Hotel Place to be at and had a wonderful experience. A service staff named Cyril helped me with my Luggages and he assisted me from the room to my taxi car even though it was quite busy at his counter. He also checked me and I understand that the Rooms may be subject to the availability even though I requested for a King Bed. But it is okay as the Twins were nice and comfortable to sleep at and enjoyed the room. Thanks to Park Avenue and nice staff Cyril!

Great stay!
Pros:

Loved the brightly lit room with good amenities and appreciated ALL the wonderful staff, like Ram, who made me feel so welcome!

The hotel is conveniently located with the Star Vista mall and mrt within a couple minutes’ walk.

Believe there must be great management so thank you for a great stay!

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Very good location. Right beside the mall and they offer shuttle ride to the MRT station

Relaxing Room and Courteous Staff
Pros:

I had a pleased experience at this Hotel and would like to give a great Kudos to this Staff Mr Cyril, as he Upgraded me to a Suite Room which is about an Additional $100++. The Room was comfty and neat and I understand it is also subject to the availability of the view that we wanted for but it is okay as the room was enjoyable and did enjoyed my stay. Thanks so much to Park Avenue and to Cyril.

It was a nice stay, nice surroundings, closely located with busy stop and metro station.
Pros:

Location, help extended by bell boy

Cons:

Smelly room, for anything we needed, we had to follow up more than once. Sometime not provided even.

Great customer service with a spacious room
Pros:

Just want to give thanks to the staff as they assisted us (a family of 4 with 2 small children) with the check in on the long Vesak Day weekend. The staff were accommodative and ensure we were attended to despite the hectic check in crowd at 1600hrs.

The room was spacious, location was good with facilities/amenities nearby. Overall good experience.

* Special mention to Zahirah and colleagues who showed care and empathy to us and our kids during the check in. Thank you so much, much recommended stay!
