The Staff are actually really nice at this place, the location is also really good. Look its loud at times but you can buy earbuds and sleep no problem. The walls don't vibrate as other reviews say but you are in the middle of a party street so if thats what you want absolutely perfect location.
My Electricity went which ment the hot water went, however, once i advised the staff they fixed it straight away.
There is no common area other than a few chairs in the lobby which is not what is advertised, so I didn't do any socialising. If you are looking for a place to meet people this probably would not be the best place.
The location was amazing if you want to party. I did! It was clean and good bathroom
Nothing really but it was very loud until 5am when I needed to get up for my ferry!! I knew this......

Для путешествий имейте ввиду что это Чавенг, место тусовки. Ночью будет тыц-тыц , куча бухого народу. Пляж рядом, но не фонтан.

The noise is beyond ridiculous. If you want to sleep at night, do NOT stay here as surrounding venues will pump music til 4am and your walls will rattle.

S’ nachts is er ongelofelijk veel herrie van bars en danstenten tot 5 uur s. Ochtends. Oordoppen waren niet/ nauwelijks genoeg.

אנחנו ישנו בחדר טווין פרטי ולגמרי היה שווה את המחיר
כן יש קצת רעש מבחוץ וזה מינוס למי שרגיש לרעשים אבל הייתי עם אטמים וישנתי מצוין
בלילה השני קצת התגרדתי מהמצעים וכשאמרתי לקבלה ישר הם טיפלו בזה ודאגו לנו
בנוסף יש בכל יום שירות ניקיון חדרים שמחליפים מצעים, מנקים הכל, שמים מגבות חדשות
הבעלים מקסים ממש ! וממש זוכר כל אחד ואחד ממי שישנים במקום שלו, ודואג לפתור בעיות אישיות שלהם (למשל ציפית לכרית שלנו מהבית שבטעות נלקחה בניקיון חדר- חיפש אותה בכל הציפיות שלהם בכביסות ומצא אותה והחזיר אותה נקייה).
זה המקום הראשון שנחתנו בו ושישנו בו בתאילנד והייתה לנו חוויה ממש ממש טובה!
הדבר היחיד שהיה מינוס מבחינתי זה המים במקלחת, המים היו חמימים (זה אחלה כי בתאילנד היה מאוד חם) אבל מה שכן אין שיפוע ברצפה אז המים לא תמיד יורדים לביוב וצריך לגרוף אותם, אבל זה באמת בקטנה כי בניקוי החדרים בכל יום גם דואגים לגרוף אותם לביןב
