The pool and location

Cons:

The sheets in the room had stains, moved to another room and the bathroom was not cleaned. Put us in another and the bed had blood stains on the mattress and the shower didn't work in my son's room. No discount was offered. My wife had to clean the bathroom in one of the rooms.

Beautiful property great rooms, lovely people

Great facilities, great value very comfy

Cons:

The only drawback was the Jacuzzi close at 9 PM when normally when we go they close at 10 so we missed out but we made our way in the next day. It was windy and a little overcast. We had experienced the full moon eclipse at five but it was cloudy so it was a little cold getting out, but as soon as the sun came out, it was nice and warm.

I liked the room, the staff and the bed.

Cons:

The dangling hook on the bathroom door and that the seat for the bathtub was broken.

Staff was horrible, confused our stay, as a result banged on our during the night with unclear language. Frightening to say the least. Don't stay here!
