Pros:

We had lovely time here, highly recommend this place, rooms where nice, great location and also amazing breakfast. All the staff made our stay very welcoming especially Lucy which was such a pleasure to meet and connect with. She helped us with all the info about the city and also with everything we needed for our stay with the bikes and luggages. Lucy was really the most dedicated and knowledgable employee that I ever met while traveling.

The staff were great and Lucy was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

So friendly and accommodating. Especially Lucy, but all staff. Helped us and able to leave bags safe and secure whilst we went on the HaiGiang loop for 2 days.

Cons:

Great, comfortable. Large bed.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. They booked a tour for me on short notice and always greeted me by my name. I had a really nice massage too. The breakfast was really good and the location was really good, right in the heart of the old quarter. The room was really comfortable.
