Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl in die 5. Etage war angeblich defekt.
Das trifft aber an Karneval wahrscheinlich jedes Jahr
ein, er war außer Betrieb gesetzt worden. Ich wohnte 5.Etage war ziemlich schlecht

Pros:

Sehr bequemes Bett und gute Dusche. Vor allem aber das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl, nicht 0815, es wurde immer nachgefüllt und die Servicekraft war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Nichts, meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen!

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke bediening aan de receptie en kamers super schoon en netjes met koffie en thee met een waterkoker.waar men zonder meerprijs van gebruik kan maken. Parkeren garage is 200 meter lopen van het hotel, we hadden gebeld van te voren, hebben ze ons een parkeerplaats vrij gehouden, tegen betaling aan receptie van 25 euro.Alles bij elkaar gezegd Zeer tevreden over de Malsmule.

Pros:

I booked a double room that I used on my own. The room was very modern and nicely furnished. The bathroom was also very modern with a big open shower. The bed was very comfortable. Enough space to store clothing and bathroom facilities. Great room!

Breakfast menu is very solid and offered a big variety of things.

The location is excellent. Right at the Old Town area and access to all kinds of public transportation. Also possible to walk to Old Town, Cathedral and shopping area.

Cons:

The water pressure was a little low.
My room was quite close to the elevator that was somewhat noisy - especially in the morning.

Gastlichkeit des Personal hat extrem viel Luft nach oben.
In der gastronomischen Bereich sollte man Menschen mögen, und nicht den schnell Umsatz im Vordergrund. Was interessiert der einzelne Gast, es steht ja der Nächste in der Tür...

Schönes Hotel im Kölner Zentrum
Pros:

sehr gut/zentrumsnah gelegen (auch vom Bahnhof Messe Deutz fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar), sehr freundliches Personal (Checkin am Sonntagnachmittag hat über das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant sehr gut funktioniert), modernes und sehr sauberes/gepflegtes Zimmer

Bei Ankunft kostenlosen Zimmerupgrade zu Comfort Doppelzimmer mit Domblick erhalten. Personal freundlich und super Lage, Sauberkeit war ebenso top. Keine Beschwerden!
