Our “deluxe” apartment was tiny. We had several in our group and the others were far bigger. The beds barely fit in the rooms and I don’t think the “queen” bed was in fact a queen. The lack of any floor coverings made the noise from one end heard at the other even with doors closed.

Great location, not so clean
Pros:

Location is perfect for exploring Melbourne. Room was a good size with the added bonus of a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and stove top. Fabulous roof top pool with the most amazing views. 24 hour reception.

Cons:

Cleanliness. We stayed for 21 nights and in that time the towels and linen were only replaced 4 times and the sink in the bathroom cleaned once. The apartment itself required a deep clean, thick dust on skirting boards and edges. When the cleaners visited, the floors and surfaces were not cleaned. this has really let the hotel down. Lighting in bathroom very poor.

從雪梨到墨爾本，住宿費用瞬間少一半，整體環境良好，有家的感覺。
Pros:

一個兩房一廳一衛的設計，有廚房與足夠的廚具，算是小而美的住宿環境，入住前提出需要有洗衣機的房型（會提供洗衣粉），有盡力安排。若房內沒有洗衣機，也有自助洗衣機可以使用。出門有轉第一個路口就是58號電車站，交通方便。但離中央車站走路要八分鐘，且車站過來是上坡路段，推行李會比較辛苦。入住四晚，兩天打掃一次，需要毛巾至櫃檯拿就好。櫃檯親切。

沒有每天打掃，但影響不大。

The front desk on arrival was excellent, and the room exceeded expectations in size. The availability of in-room laundry facilities was very convenient. The hotel's hallways were particularly appealing. The rooftop views were truly impressive. The pool was sufficiently warm for swimming, even on a slightly cool day. Additionally, the presence of a BBQ facility offered a relaxing option by the poolside..

Cons:

Perhaps additional towels would be appreciated. The ability to utilize the gym or pool facilities would have been wonderful, allowing us to shower with fresh, dry towels after swimming.

숙소 위치가 너무 좋았고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 가구와 가전제품들도사용하기 편리했습니다

트윈베드룸이 사진보다 너무 작았고 청소는 3일에 한번인데 바닥청소를 안하는 것 같아서 아쉬웠습니다.
생일 여행이라서 높은 층에 좋은 뷰를 부탁드렸는데 그렇지 못해 아쉬웠습니다.

Very comfortable beds, large and thick mattress, clean rooms and friendly staff, with a pool++
Pros:

It is close to the Bourke Street Mall only a short walk. The beds are thick, large and very comfy. We stayed in the 2-bedroom room, and it was very clean and comfortable. The was not a lot of space around the beds but that didn't matter as there is a wardrobe. It had a small balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. The Lounge area was small, but it had 4 comfortable chairs, coffee table kitchenette and TV. The master bedroom had a large TV also.
the front desk allowed early check in and the pool on the roof was perfect for the kids to have a quick swim and was open till late. Really enjoyed our short stay here.

Cons:

I enjoyed everything about our stay here.

I would go back here to an apartment with a similar outlook and one high up away from street noise.
Pros:

Apartment 2020 ( 20th floor) was very clean and had a great outlook over William St. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and the second bedroom was good despite it not having a view. Morning sun streamed into the loungeroom and bedroom facing William St. We had everything we needed. The tram is right outside. There is very little noise from the road so sleeping was undisturbed.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I could hear voices from another apartment but it only bothered me on the last night.
