9
Consistently praised as very clean in multiple reviews (e.g. 'Hôtel très propre', 'propreté irréprochable', 'la chambre était propre').
Service
9.2
Repeatedly described as welcoming, friendly and helpful (mentions of attentive reception staff, individual names praised, staff assisting with restaurant calls).
Location
8
Generally convenient (near supermarkets, parking, close to Rouen) but mixed feedback — some guests noted it is along the highway or difficult to find without better signage.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms are clean, comfortable with good beds and AC, but some guests noted dated aspects, limited storage, missing fridge and occasional low shower pressure/temperature.
Amenities
7.4
Good points: private/free parking and air conditioning. Negatives mentioned: no in-room fridge, no toaster at breakfast, no elevator in the building.
Value for Money
8.8
Multiple reviewers explicitly praised the price/quality ratio ('rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo', 'Preis Leistung', 'Prijs-kwaliteit').
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly described as rich, varied and excellent ('colazione a buffet ricca e buona', 'petit-déjeuner au top', 'la variété du petit-déjeuner').
Overall Experience
8
Many guests recommend the hotel and report an overall pleasant stay; minor issues (finding the hotel, small missing amenities) temper an otherwise very positive experience.

Gut für Kurzaufenthalt mit dem Auto.
Pros:

Zweckmäßige Hotel, etwas außerhalb von Rouen. Für Kurzaufenthalte mit dem Auto ok. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Einkaufszentrum / viele Geschäfte rundherum. Frühstück war soweit ok (einfache Aufbacksachen, kein frisches Gemüse).

Cons:

Fijn verblijf!
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst, we kregen informatie over restaurants. De kamer was prima voor een nacht. Alles schoon en netjes. De auto stond geparkeerd voor de deur. Ontbijt lekker en genoeg keus. ligt gunstig voor een doorreis naar Bretagne.

Cons:

Kamer is vrij klein.
