Hotel maravilhoso no meio da natureza
Pros:

Gostamos de tudo em geral. Desde a simpatia dos funcionários (em particular do Carlos e Diane), ao pequeno almoço excelente, dos espaços quer interiores quer exteriores muito limpos e cuidados. Gostamos também do estacionamento ser dentro da propriedade o que transmite maior segurança. O.local transmite imensa tranquilidade e aconchego. Extremamente bem decorado com peças artesanais antigas mas muito bem preservadas.

Cons:

Não é propriamente do que menos gostamos mas fica apenas a sugestão: a água do jacuzzi podia ser um pouco mais quente e a toalha ser substituída por um roupão, dado a temperatura do exterior (onde fica o jacuzi) ser fria, especialmente ao final da tarde. Um dos colchões do nosso quarto também já se nota algum uso...

Super point de chute pour le Teide / Masca
Pros:

Tout était parfait : l'accueil, la literie super confortable, la taille de la chambre, le jacuzzi, le petit-déjeuner, le grand parking, l'emplacement idéal pour visiter le Teide, Masca, Los Gigantes, le parc de Teno.

Cons:

Peut-être étendre le petit-déjeuner jusque 10h30 pour les gros dormeurs ;)

Autenticni hotel s pričom i povijesti u rezervatu
Pros:

Položaj objekta na otoku je izvrstan, nikad nije prevruće ali se treba pripremiti na udare vjetra. Mjesto je malo i autentično te ima jako malo turista i instagramuša.
Također, nije nikad prevruće, tako da dnevna temperatura ne ide preko 24 a noćna iznad 15, tako da vam neće trebati klima za funkcioniranje. Mikroklima je jako specifična, sa pretežno suhim zrakom i jedinstvana je kao i svaka na otoku.

Za nekog tko želi aktivan odmor i vidjeti divlju stranu otoka, ovo je idealno mjesto.
Odnos cijene i dobivenog je izvrstan.
Osoblje je jako ljubazno. Zajedničke prostorije su velike kao i soba u kojoj sno boravili, kupatilo je imalo dva umivaonika i bilo je također ogromno.
Rent-a-car je gotovo pa obaveza ovjde što nam nije predstavljalo problem i za auto je bilo o više nego dovoljno parkirnih mjesta.
Također plus je što hotel nije naplaćivao parking za auto što je također rijetkost.
Atrakcije poput Los Gigantesa i Masce su jako blizu a ako vam je hladno uvijek mozete otici do južne strane otoka i ispržit se.
Jedna od cesti za Teide je jako blizu i kroz 50ak kilometara mozete stići autom do žičare.
Hotel od sadržaja ima gym i jacuzzi, nažalost nismo uspjeli to isprobati jer smo se vracali obično priično iscrpljeni u kasno doba.
Kava na doručku je Lavazza i jako je dobra.
Komunikacja s osobljem preko bookinga također odlična.
Nema komaraca ili muha. Cesta nije pretjerano prometna i ugodna je kultura vožnje u odnosu na veće gradove gdje ćete gotovo sigurno imati neugodnosti.

Cons:

Doručak.. Iskreno jedina mana jer jaja su redovito bila masna ili kajgana masna i suha.
Bilo bi jako dobro kad bi bilo cijeđenih sokova od domaćih agruma, umjesto toga bili su kupovni. Izbor na doručku nije bio raznovrstan i bio je gotovo identičan bez obzira bilo 6 gostiju ili 20
Od ostalih sitnica spomenuo bih i..

Preko puta hotela je neki kamenolom koji kreće s radom oko 8 i stvara priličnu buku i prašinu koju srećom vjetar ne nosi na hotel, ali se čuje prilično i sa zatvorenim prozorom. Radovi su na cesti u blizini pa je to mozda samo privremeno.

Bar u sklopu hotela je jako lijep iznutra ali nažalost terasa je prilično izložena, što na vjetrovitom mjestu kvari ugođaj ili uopće mogučnost boravka, također, kava je u cjenovnom rangu kavi na zračnoj luci.

Izbor restorana u mjestu nije nešto tako da ćete gotovo pa sigurno morati putovati negdje na ručak ili na piće.

Imam osjećaj da zvučna izolacija nije pretjerano dobra jer svakodnevno bih čuo druge goste ili čistačicu na katu iznad, srećom ovo nije hotel sa partijanerima pa ovo nije problem zapravo.

Sve u svemu bilo je super i žao nam je što smo bili samo tjedan dana..

Un lugar para relajarse
Pros:

Si quieres desconectar es de lo mejorcito que nos hemos encontrado. Ya hemos estado en tres ocasiones y volveremos. Además el personal es muy agradable.
