Comfortable, welcoming, and fully functional in a easy-to-get-to location just north of the 'burbs.
Pros:

I have never had a bad/poor experience with Country Inn. My mother first booked us there when the entire family would descend on Forest Lake for the holidays. Not every year, but when we did, Country Inn was our hotel of choice. Clean rooms, clean/comfortable beds, working appliances (TV, fridge, coffee maker, etc) And the staff are great - very nice, very helpful, and easy to locate when needed. Even the continental breakfast is great!

We needed a place to stay and that was a place to stay.
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and was able to accomodate my request of top floor corner.

Cons:

Breakfast Very dull, dirty. I saw one kid dig in the chocolate chips with her bare hands. Disgusting and now the next person to eat from it, will be eating whatever was on her hands.

We found a used baby bottle under our heat/AC register in our room along with some other piece of paper. Loud at night, nobody respects the fact other people are staying there. For the price of room and the quality, do not go hand in hand. Should be cheaper. Old bldg, dungy. Needs upgrades if you wanna charge that.

Awesome breakfast

Cons:

In the morning when taking a shower realized there was no body towels and dried myself off with hand towels when I confronted the front desk she had a look of she didn’t really care and her response was “I guess someone had a bad day”

Pros:

Room was great. Good mattress!

Cons:

A noisy confrontation took place in the next room and went into the hall at 2:30am. Don't know what was going on but must have been handled by staff and/or police. Not the fault of the hotel. Just a couple of out of line customers..

Pros:

There were many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Second night tell me, if I can’t change the room because it was a error, I agreed to change rooms, but the heating wasn't working. They fixed that, but then the TV volume wasn't working, and I didn't even bother complaining again. It doesn't look like they clear the snow from the parking lot very often.
