Good food. Hard to find location
Hot tub not working. Elevator broken. I have rheumatoid arthritis. It was difficult to walk the stairs.

Entrance was a little difficult to find initially
The breakfast options were good - a nice variety. The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were really warm and mostly empty so we had them to ourselves.
The refrigerator was small.
The staff!!! It's rare to enter an establishment these days and be met by friendly staff all over, but it happened here.
Breakfast was great!!! The pool was a little cold but met our needs. The location was great.
Based on the score on booking.com and the reviews, I was expecting a little more from this property in the way of cleanliness and presentation. We did not find this hotel to be an 8 in those areas. BUT! the staff made our stay a 10. We *never switch rooms but after the first night, our room did not meet our expectations in cleanliness, so we talked to the front desk in the morning. They were so understanding and accommodating!! They promptly changed our room and made very sure the new room met our standards. Our second room was on par!

My room smelt like mold, windows were all filled with moisture entire time of my stay. Very noisy location.
The pillows
Bathroom sink totally clogged , drained very very slow. I asked them to put us in a room that everything worked. Shade u pull down was tattered on the left side, kept sticking when trying to bring it down
Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Additionally our relatives who also stayed here complained about their rooms smelling bad.
Good location off the main highway and lots of places to eat at.
Parking lot can be a little full at times
Did not like being right next to the pool. The room was damp and musty. The refrigerator did not work. The ironing board was broken. The iron did not work. There was hair on the shower head, gross!

It's nice to have the surrounding businesses, but it's a bugger to get into the motel parking lot from the main street. Need better signs.
