Cons:

Everything was fine except for one major issue regarding the company invoice. Upon arrival, I explicitly requested an invoice containing our company details for the three rooms booked, and the staff member on duty agreed and asked me to write the details down on a piece of paper.

However, on the day of departure during the night shift, another staff member was extremely rude, impolite, and uncooperative. He refused to issue the company invoice, saying he didn't have time, and became aggressive, even speaking in German when I tried to explain the prior agreement.
( and in small words he said I must pay right now and it's not his problem! Yes sure not his problem because it will be mine and the financial team in my work)

Later on, another staff member on the shift came when we were loudly talking was extremely professional, kind, and managed to resolve the issue from the system within 30 minutes.
Aside from this specific negative encounter with the night shift employee, the rest of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, being treated that way by the night staff was completely unacceptable.

So please if you wanna work invoice you must avoid this man time !

ein sehr entspanntes verlängertes Wochenende
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, große Auswahl.
Nach Problemen im ersten Zimmer wurde uns ein anderes (größeres Zimmer mit modernerer Ausstattung) angeboten, das Empfangspersonal war hier sehr zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Wir waren für ein kurzes Wellness Wochenende da. Es war alles super schön. Frühstück war klasse und vielfältig.
Es ist sehr Familiär und wir haben super viel über die Hotelgeschichte gehört, was sehr interessant war.

In allem war es ganz ok.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Alles was da und von allem mehr als genug. Fitnessraum war ebenfalls super. Der Herr am Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Betten und Kissen waren ziemlich unbequem. Dass Wasser Innenpool war zu kühl. Die Dame am Enpfang war eher unfreundlich.

-Garage für Fahrräder ist vorhanden.
-Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
-Wir hatten die Suite zum Einzelzimmerpreis bekommen, da die gebuchten Einzelzimmer leider nicht alle vorhanden waren. -Das Frühstück ist gut.

Cons:

Ich hatte eine Suite mit meinem Fahrradkollegen, da nicht alle im Voraus gebuchten Einzelzimmer vorhanden waren. Das eine Bett war sehr schmal. ~ 80 cm Die Einrichtung der Suite ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. . Aber für eine Nacht war das trotzdem ok.

Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Das Personal versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Cons:

Eine Sache finde ich nicht so gut.
Es gibt für den Innenpool kostenlose Getränke. Find ich toll. Nur es gibt keine Plastegläser sondern aus Glas.
Die Gefahr, daß ein Trinkgkas runterfällt und entzwei geht, ist wahrscheinlich.
Besser sind Plastegefäße.
Nur mal so nebenbei bemerkt.
