I made a reservation about two weeks ago, but the staff ignored my messages until I CC'd the general manager. As soon as I stopped including the general manager in my requests, the staff stopped responding again. Additionally, they sent me a letter demanding that I pay cash for my stay, even though I booked through the official website using my card. This situation makes the hotel feel sketchy. I have already informed my credit card company to be prepared in case they attempt to charge my account without authorization.
The hotel is decent looking from outside in a good location. We stayed room no 408 and 409 with our family for two nights last week from 22/10 to 24/10 . We have got one room upgrade from studio to one bedroom apartment . Things were so good till that time .
The room service operator was pathetic , very difficult to make him understand what we want . We got some omelettes after 45 minutes , one cutlery for four plates . Food was ordinary , immensely overpriced.
Breakfast spread was good but badly managed . One big guy looks like a supervisor busy with his social media on smartphone and two girls trying their best to take care of many people but they were not enough . Coffe machine as usual malfunnctioned .
He real incident happened on 24th morning , roof of one washroom suddenly fell on my daughter, she was in shock . We run to other room and saw whole roof was about to collapse. It could have been lot worse accident . The reaction from the hotel was slow and indifferent
Never experience roof is falling on guest’s head .
During check out , reception offered some free cakes from coffe shop as compensation! Such a joke .
Its an old run down property , better to avoid . Plenty options in Abu Dhabi .

Fantastic hotel,rooms are comfortable. We were treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond expectations specially Nazir.
We stayed in their Two-Bedroom Apartment for 5 days and 4 nights. We were upgraded and we loved it. The front desk staff Rokeya, Mavzoona and Murali are very friendly, acommodating and approachable. We also appreciate the Sales Executive, she is very friendly as well. The service is excellent. Hotel facilities are great. Very good location, many nearby stores. We would like to commend the housekeeping although there were few times of delay, we understood the situation. The concierge is helpful too. For sure, we will come back and book our next stay soon.
The stay was good but food was terrible.
Recently stayed here from 26th to 30th June 2025. I am really impressed with the quality of service such as from Reception to the R-floor (Rooftop), I found all the staff very cooperative and welcoming. Both day & night shift staff are very responsible.
Special Thanks to Mr. NASIR RAHIM, a gentleman. He is very humble and helpful. He made our bookings and stay stressfree and comfortable. Mr. Nasir is very professional.
The studio which I booked was spacious and maintained so well with fully equipped with all the essentials. Utensils are all clean and ready to use, location is convenient and it was a great experience overall. I highly recommend this Grand Mercure hotel if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, services and exceptional hospitality.
Staff in restaurant pool and housekeeping could not do enough for you they were great we didn’t have much contact with reception or the customer relations
We recently stayed at this hotel in 1BR, It was one of the best stay in Abu Dhabi for us.
The rooms was spacious, clean with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, 2 TVs and the high standard of housekeeping maintained throughout my visit.

This hotel is home away from home for us whenever we are here. We visit Abu Dhabi 3 times a year n this is our go to place to stay. This is our 2nd trip for this year. We were here in January. The rooms are clean n comfortable, even the bed n pillows are comfortable to sleep on. The staff from reception right to buffet bfast, room service n house keeping are just great. HK staff Mr Vincent, took care of our room in January n occassionally this trip. I was so happy to see him when he knocked on my roomdoor the 1st day. He remembered us very well. Always making sure our room is clean n tidy. A warm n friendly person, always making us feel at home.
Location is really great as many restaurants n eateries near by.

The stay was very comfortable, giving the feeling of living in your own apartment. You have the convenience to cook, do your laundry, and enjoy a comfortable workspace. The property is managed professionally, and the overall team has been exceptionally kind and efficient in their duties.

We had booked a one bedroom apartment, and they upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment thanks to our Accor Platinum status.
The apartment was lovely; it felt just like a home, large comfortable rooms, spacious lounge/dining area, convenient kitchen, lots of wardrobe/storage space. Ideal for someone who might stay for a few weeks or more.
We had a few questions about the washing machine, and lights (so difficult to find the switches); and someone was knocking at the door within 5 min of making the request. Excellent service.
Location-wise, this is close to many shops and restaurants. But not close to the tourist sites like the Louvre, Ferrari world, or the Grand Mosque. For all of that, there is always Uber or taxis!
