Amazing resort and do splash out for the villa it is so worth it.

The hotel's facilities, breakfast, staff, service - excellent.
They upgraded our room, decorated it for our anniversary. The breakfast is rich and tasty, the swimming pool is great, the room - beautiful and spacious. What else can one wish for a lovely vacation.It is situated right next to the lake - lovely view. Great experience

Great view of the lake, villa is spacious and very comfortable. Staff is friend and they are willing to try their best to satisfy the customers. e.g. my friend and I wanted fries as a snack as we were not hungry but it wasn't on the menu. the staff in-charge went to check with the kitchen chef and we got our fries. Great customer service.

Suggest to enjoy the sunset view during happy hours and take a boat tour organised bythe hotel as it is convenient and affordable.

Beautiful property. The rooms are tastefully decorated. They have a cultural show on Friday nights and we enjoyed that. Breakfast had good varieties, but their buffet dinner was just ok. The hotel is a little far from the main town but still a good location with easy access to the lake.

They do well considering the location and difficulty of some supplies and the remoteness. Staff try hard but communication was difficult most of the time. Water pressure very low meant the flush didn’t always work. Hope we’re very good when we had a sick child though and arranged for a doctor. Lovely lake side bar/restaurant.

Service at this hotel was absolutely world-class. The staff were extremely helpful when it came to day trips and travelling to and from the nearby town. When arranging travel to town or on day trips there is a kiosk across the road which I would suggest that you use. Using the concierge in the hotel, you get charged tourist fees. There is also a jetty for the hotel which can help you take your guided boat trip around like Italy to the attractions. Staffs are super friendly and they’re very thoughtful and helpful. They’re always around to assist on everything! We stayed in a lake view villa and the view was amazing

The hotel was in a wonderful spot on the lake. I arrived by boat which was a lovely way to go. By road is possible also. I received an upgrade to a bungalow, which was amazing and almost the size of my house!. The grounds were beautiful and the infinity pool was awesome, offering amazing views of both the lake and the mountains. The staff were fantastic and made me feel right at home and were very helpful. Food was also great. No complaints what so ever...

Located on the Inle Lake, they had individual villas on stilts. We somehow got an upgrade into one of these villas which was amazing frankly. It also has a private jetty for boat tours without having to to into Nyaung Shwe town (though probably costs more than one in town). One of the first times I have eaten dinner at a hotel and was pleasantly surprised with the locality of the food and execution too.

The only downside was that in our newly upgraded villa, the fire alarm ran low on battery at 0300am so beeped very loudly. Had to call housekeeping but they were quick and efficient with dealing.

Well design and spacious. Gym can be bigger with better facilities.

Amazingly beautiful hotel and surroundings but the mark up on price for food and trips compared the rest of the country was pretty bad. Almost twice the price for tours and more than 3x as much for food and drink. They do this because the hotel is so far from the main town they know people would have to pay quite a but for a taxi anyway.

Exceptional environment, great service, wonderful staff. There were some problems with the room - bathroom had a smell of mold. no internet access in our room.

I booked 3 rooms and stayed for 3 nights, It is one of the best hotels I ever stayed . Amazing Hotel, Perfect Location and Great Service.
