Accueil très bien, mais l'insonorisation des chambres est à revoir, d'un côté les trains , de l'autre la circulation. Le petit déjeuner à 15€ c'est de l'abus vue sa qualité.

Super emplacement et cadre agréable. Toutefois, il manque juste la climatisation.

NO AIR CONDITIONING, I spent 3 weeks here working in Massy, the hotel rooms have no air conditioning, so the room was like a sauna every night, unable to sleep properly because of the heat, It is also right next to a busy train station, so there is noise late at night and early morning,

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres, un ventilateur à votre disposition... Ouvrir la fenetre? Pas trop avec la gare et les travaux.. petit dejeuner sans prétention. Propre et personnel sympatique.

Very convenient location, with a 24h reception. Well equiped. Very nice team at the reception.
However the room was not clean (stains on sheets and towels, traces on walls, and some bugs in rhe bathroom) and we had to pay for extra cleaning service to get clean sheets every day (even if we change rhem ourselves).

Good Hotel Apartments

Property was directly at a train station where reconstruction happened all night, as well as freight trains going through during the night. Horribly loud - no place at all for a hotel.
Keeping windows closed also didn't help with noise.
There is also no ventilation in the room. It says there is one with a 30min timer when pressed - but that is out of service. A table top fan is provided, but that makes only noise and wind, but doesn't give fresh air.
It's a place one really shouldn't stay for longer than maybe a night.

It was good stay at Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Massy Gare TGV. Clean room, near to train station, lot of restaurants options near by, 24hour reception, a room equipped with small kitchen and all required kitchen stuff. Friendly staff. 24hr laundry option. Breakfast was basic.The room cleaning is after 10 days as it’s an apartment style hotel however you can request on extra charge. Overall it was good.

It is normal hotel. Unfortunately, my room’s hot water pipe didn’t work.

Very hard to find the front entrance. Not really intuitive enough ith no signs indicating where the entrance is located.

Le séjour sans pb par contre très insatisfait de hôtels.com qui m'à fait perdre 90euros, je modifie ma date d'arrivée , il supprime le dernier jour que je n' ai pas modifié et impossible de le rétablir même en téléphonant, bravo vous devriez apprendre votre métier Patrick Dubief

It's my regular hotel when I visit my company HQ (yearly). I've been there 3-4 times as is convenient for me: direct on RER B to Paris and to CDG airport, nearby my company, I can eat in the room (thanks to nearby supermarket and small kitchen in the room) if too tired to eat out.
Overall is a good business hotel and I recommend if you need to stay in the area.
