EXCEPTIONAL
Pros:

The breakfast was great with lots of options and there staff are friendly and helpful. The location has traffic issues especially in the evenings . My deluxe suite was great with specious lounge and kitchen with amazing night views of the city . Great WIFI

Cons:

The buffet breakfast is similar every day and the evening traffic which takes hours

Le bruit de la ventilation insupportable dans la chambre le bouton des toilettes qui était cassé des ampoules grillées dans la chambre 2 TV dont 1 qui fonctionne pas celle de la chambre pas digne d’un 5 étoiles.

A good value money and well eqipped hotel
Pros:

Clean, well equipped rooms, good connection to public metro station, grocery and coffee options in surrounding, ideal for BUSINESS trip! They facility has SPA, pool and gym too. Very polite and helpful staff. In particular I want to mention Ruya and Gamze who were very receiving and accommodating.

Cons:

As an area of improvement, I guess for a 5 star hotel, the breakfast should be more reflective of such high rating hotel.

The hotel is not as good as it is shown in the pictures, there are a lot of defects.

The hotel is not as good as it is shown in the pictures, there are a lot of defects and you can hear what is happening in the neighboring rooms behind the wall. The breakfast selection is very poor for 20EUR, small selection, mostly made from semi-finished products. When you stay at a different hotel, you realize that the difference is like night and day.
