Pros:

На прохання номер замінили, залишились задоволені.
Все необхідне є в розпорядженні. В готелі тихо, добре відпочили.
Вечеряли в ресторані при готелі, все було дуже смачно.

Cons:

Номер був із запахом цигарок. Слабе освітлення в номері ( при всіх включених лампах - полутемрява) та коридорі.

Gutes Hotel zu einem guten Preis mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gut und alles war sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Nilay Hanım bedanken – sie hat uns immer herzlich begrüßt und konnte alle unsere Wünsche erfüllen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und ein extra Lob an Nilay. Fitness war super ausreichend Geräte

Estar perto do metro com acesso ao centro muito rápido

Cons:

Limpeza medíocre, o chão do hotel apesar de ser em mármore preto, notava-se que não era limpo como devia ser para a categoria do hotel, a casa de banho não era limpa convenientemente, por 3 dias não se recolheu os frascos vazios de shampoo e gel de banhos abandonados num canto do duche, pequeno almoço muito pobre, sem muita opção de escolhas para quem tem restrições alimentar, só havia pão branco como opção para o pão, omelete paga a parte, e só comida processada e turca, fruta só maçãs o café era desagradável, muito mau para um hotel que se diz ser de categoria 5 estrelas, já tive melhore experiência em hotéis com apenas 4 e 3 estrelas, os funcionários nada simpáticos, só no final na altura do Checkout para pedirem que lhes dê uma boa pontuação aqui no booking.con é que se mostram prestativos e simpáticos, a televisão do meu quarto funciona mal, o comando não funcionava, não conseguindo desligar da corrente ficou sempre ligada durante toda a minha estadia, o mesmo para o ar condicionado que tinha que ser pressionado várias vezes para funcionar e mesmo assim desligava-se passado alguns minutos, sorte que estava frio e não senti muito a temperatura
