Pros:

ホテル自体は古いつくりだが部屋は綺麗に保たれている。フロントの対応はそっけない。韓国人の多いエリアなので、朝食にクラブサンドイッチをオーダーしたら、韓国ソース味だった。

予約後にオフィシャルホームページから問い合わせをしても返答がありませんでした。しかしFacebookではすぐに返信があり、こちらの要望に応えてくれました。
部屋は清潔に保たれており、シャワールームにも窓があるのがよかったです。シャワーは水量、温度ともに十分で、排水も極めて良好でした。エレベータは1基しかなく、ちょっと動きが渋い感じはあります。停止する直前に動きがすごくゆっくりになるので、急いでいるときにはちょっとイライラ。朝食はグラウンドフロアのレストランでとりますが、ビュッフェではなく、毎日その場で好きな1品をオーダーする形式です。10種類弱あったかな。Google Mapには複数の場所に同じ名前のホテルがありますが、コリアンタウン中央の道路から入ってkhu Hung Phuoc 2 通りに向けて左折、100メートル進んだ左手が正確な場所です。

한인중심지라서 위치적 굿

숙박위치가 한인중심지라서 교통.음식이 좋음.내가 묶은방은 천장이 이상하게 낮아 방전쳐적으로 좁아보임. 가격대비 좋은정도임.

Overpriced Standard room
Pros:

Standard room doesn’t have windows like they described. But it had doors to rooftop. So no window might not be any problem.

But its ceiling is very low. I am 180 Cm though. My head could bump it often.

And breakfast that they described on expedia starts from 6 30. But they start to serve by 7 am.

The hotel main entrance doesn’t look like their expedia picture. It was really hard to find. My taxi drivers had to make several circles to get here.

I guess they extended some parts of their building. Front gate area and also standard rooms might be extended.

It is in Korea town in HCMC. If you wanna explore Korea town. It’s good location. But it is not really good location in general if you are traveling.

전반적으로 호텔은 깨끗했고 위치도 좋았습니다. 다만 조식을 제공하는 식당의 음식은 형편이 없었습니다. 직원들이 영어든, 한국어든 한마디도 알아듣지를 못했습니다. 음식은 김치찌게를 주문했는데 김치는 익히지 않고 나왔고, 손짓, 발짓, 부엌까지 가서 잘 익혀달라고 부탁했는데도 결과는 마찬가지였습니다. 음식 문제외에는 비교적 좋았습니다.

한국인 특성에 꼭 맞는 호텔임(깨끗하고,편하고, 저렴함)
Pros:

1) 푸미흥 스카이 가든 근처 한인타운에 위치해 편의성이 좋으며 주위에 대형수퍼(200미터)와 대형 쇼핑몰(도보10분)이 있으며 바로 주위에 한국식당이 많음.
2) 관리가 잘되어 있으며 스탭도 친절함.
3) 아침식사 포함으로, 김치찌개, 쌀국수, 각종뽁음밥, 크랩샌드위치등 여러 음식중 선택할수 있음.
4) 한국 여행객이 많이 투숙하는편으로 거의 90% 정도가 한국인임.
5) 아침식사시 공기밥 추가, 커피 및 음료 추가시 별도의 요금은 없음.
6) 호치민 출장시 재 투숙 의지 있음.

Good location and helpful staffs.
Pros:

Very good location in Korean town. small hotel but very good facility with very very helpful staffs. Many kind of western style food and Korean foods. They serve Korean foods in breakfast too. The room was clean. Beside the hotel, a lot of Korean restrants and others local restrants too. Everything is within 5 mininuts working, but not good WIFI in the room. However i will stay this hotel again in next trip in Aug. 2017
