Excellent accommodation that I will be happy to stay in again
Pros:

Very nice hotel with good quality amenities in a great location connected to Ipoh Parade

Cons:

Hairdryer was too hot hence a bit difficult to dry the hair well without worrying about burning hand or drying out hair

The junior suite is not particularly well designed. The living area is dark with no windows and there is no door between the bedroom & living area

Pros:

Spacious and clean room. Come with daily supper (porridge & soya milk) from 11pm to 12am. Staffs are friendly and responsive.

Cons:

Despite they know we have 3 paxs in the room, they prepared 3 sets of bath towel but they only replenish 2 sets of toothbrush.

We have stayed in Ipoh a few times. Weil Hotel was the best compares to the other hotels we had.
Pros:

Breakfast was among the best offered. The location of the hotel was good too for local goodies. Having a connection door way to the mall was excellent as it was raining on most evening during our stay. So the food hall in the mall was very convenient.

Cons:

The minor issues in the room are (1) not many clothes hangers available, (2) our shower room dont seemed to have wall hooks for clothes, (3) bed mattress a bit worn in our opinion.

Best hotel to stay while in Ipoh!
Pros:

Location. Connected to Ipoh Parade mall. 10-15mins from airport. Allow super early checkin with a reasonable pro-rated fee payment. Provide small supper of hot soya bean milk, chicken porridge and green bean soup. Room is big, clean with bathtub n shower area.

Cons:

Need to have anti-slip mat in the bathtub or shower area for elderly. If not, everything is perfect.

Concierge organised a 2 day tour including the Cameron Highlands. The fact that the Mall was attached was handy for those rainy days.
