An ok hotel
Pros:

It is located next to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants.

Cons:

The room had one small window. The pool area had a lot of cigarette stubs.

Restful stay with every convenience close to the heart of Ipoh.
Pros:

Beautifully appointed, soothing colour scheme, excellent staff, generous room size, great in-house facilities including filtered water tap in the room. Close to tons of restaurants and attached to the mall if you gave forgotten anything.

will definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

didn't really know what to expect from this hotel. Turns out the rooms were clean and reasonable size. The staff were all super efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet was decent and there was even a free late night snack buffet from 11-pm to midnight which I did not try. Check in and out were smooth. Really impressed.

Cons:

There was a problem with my parent's room door but that was sorted quickly by maintenance so wasn't really a problem.

Pros:

It was a convenient location right next to Ipoh Parade Mall. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom door was heavy. My elderly Mum had some problems pushing to open and close.
