From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Buen hotel con parking gratuito
Pros:

Es muy bonito, está genial que está conectado a un centro comercial. La piscina es chula y el baño de la habitación con bañera y ducha también muy bien.
También tiene parking gratuito cerrado.

Cons:

El desayuno, como todos en Malasia, están pensados para ellos y hay pocas cosas occidentales.

Pros:

Attention to details and the free supper was a nice touch. Excellent facilities and location too. EV car charging friendly.

Lovely hotel but staff could do better

Excellent facilities, great breakfast

Cons:

Staff were just ok - nothing exceptional. When we checked in, we were given our room number and key. We took our luggage up to the top floor ( no offer of assistance) and found that someone was already in the room. We dragged our luggage back to reception, who merely gave us another room without any apology at all. Very poor first impression

Comfort and Convenience
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable and the property appeared well maintained. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big with a built in water dispenser for filtered drinking water, which was a nice touch. I loved the toiletries provided. The room had complimentary water, tea and coffee as well as some snacks which were replenished daily. There's also an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer provided and hidden away in their own space in the closet. There's also a safe. Location was excellent with a mall adjoining the property. I also loved that there was a hair salon in the walkway to the mall where I got a great head massage along with my hairwash. I did not eat at the hotel even though breakfast was included in my rate as there is so much food in the city to sample! The rooftop gastropub was really lovely with nice cabanas and a lovely view of the city.

Cons:

There were enough universal power outlets but it would have been nice to have some USB A and C points as well. The cocktails at the gastrobar were quite watered down.

Excellent stay, always impressive staff and cleanliness. Well considered hotel! Wifi is an awful let down though!

Wifi connection was poor and inaccessible. They need to sort this out!
