Fabulous sized comfortable apartment in great location and really welcoming and friendly staff- from reception to restaurant staff .
Breakfast in Holiday Inn was a good hit and cold buffet

Disappointed 😞
Pros:

The apartment was a good size and the location is good.

Cons:

The area around the toilet absolutely stank of urine, it was awful. The toilet itself was clean but I think it was on the floor or wall. I tried to clean it but it still smelt. The toilet seat was also badly discoloured and there was a huge crack in the shower base.

When we got in the bed there was a horrible smell. The sheet was clean but we worked out it was the mattress protector underneath. Someone with really bad BO who had sweated had obviously slept in the bed and it had seeped through to the protector. We had to remove the protector as we couldn't have slept with the smell. We also found an empty wine bottle under the wardrobe.

It's such a shame as we have stayed here before and it was fantastic!

Will definitely return - great place to stay when visiting Jesmond
Pros:

Fantastic location and great to have free parking. We have a dog so good to know that this is an option. Bed was comfortable and the facilities were v good

Cons:

We had v noisy neighbours.
The carpet and bathroom were a bit ‘tired’
