Pros:

Good location for the city centre, a 10 minute walk into the town. Was fine for a couple of nights. Breakfast was good in the adjoining hotel and the staff were friendly and informative

Cons:

A strange smell of burnt bacon when we arrived but opened the windows for a while and it disappeared. On the top floor and quite a climb to get to the room

Locatie, parkeren.

Cons:

Niet schoon, overal nog vette handafdrukken vd vorige bezoekers, veel mankementen in dit appartement. Het rook er niet fris, smerige wasemkap, gammele keuken, lampjes werken niet. Menukaartomslag zo vet als spek.
Info op.Booking klopt niet geheel met indeling. De bediening vd airco/verwarming is een vraagteken...
Zelf koken raden we af, het is een 2 pit en zit weggewerkt zodat je er nauwelijks bij kan.

Na een lange rit wachtte ons een onvriendelijke ontvangst bij receptie Holiday Inn - omdat we de auto verkeerd hadden neergezet begon de dame meteen daarover. Eh...waar moesten we dan staan? Was niet gemeld / bekend?!

Het was een koude douche na 9 dagen Schotland, waar mensen vriendelijk zijn.
Heb melding gemaakt van onze ervaring en bevindingen bij receptie en supervisor.

Een positief punt, om dan toch iets te noemen: locatie is perfect, koffie, thee, chocopoeder, melk, suiker en paar koekjes staan klaar. Theedoek aanwezig, 2 vaatwasblokjes.
Magnetron goed bereikbaar.

Cons:

Booking.com did not send the email with the code on.... when we arrived we could not get in. No mention that the hotel next door (Premier Inn) was a contact. The accom was great but Booking.com let us down... thought you should know

Pros:

Checking in was easy, apartment was very clean with all amenities needed for a short stay.
As for location a 2 minute walk to nearest metro station and anywhere you want to go or 15 minute walk to city centre "perfect location"

Cons:

I stayed with my daughter and sofa bed was not the best and had to make-up myself even though I put in the notes it was required.!

Pleasant but needs hygiene improvement

The bathroom facilities were good. Clean beddings. It was close to Northumbria University.

Cons:

The fridge was not cold enough and it smelled and the dishwasher was a disaster and it has health hazard. It smelled horrible like a smell of a corpse and it was unbearable. On the advert says hard flooring but mostly was carpeted and I chose this place because I have allergy to the carpet. It was on the main road and it wasn’t peaceful at night. It was on the top floor while the receptionist said it was on the first floor. I wouldn’t recommend to someone who has mobility issue at all.

Really nice but loud generator/aircon which lets it down
Pros:

Lovely place to stay, very nice and comfortable. Nice area. Only thing wrong was the sound of the aircon/generator that went off every 40mins in the ceiling with a big bang it kept me awake as it kept making my dog get up, very very loud. Please check this out as i wouldnt stay here again because of it.

Hinsichtlich Preis-Leistung OK für 2 Nächte.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Straßenlärm hatten wir nicht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist schon ein wenige abgerockt. Abgestoßene Ecken, eingerissene Tapete … im ersten Zimmer war direkt hinter unseren Bett außen die Klimaanlage, welche sehr laut war. Wir haben darauf hingewiesen und ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Die Zimmer sind im Erdgeschoss und eher dunkel.

Our favourite place we've stayed in Newcastle. Affordable, clean and spacious apartments.
Pros:

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious and quiet. The location was fantastic! A two-minute walk from Jesmond metro station. We couldn't recommend 91 Aparthotel more. Great value for money and would love to stay again if affordable.

Cons:

Towels are a little on the small side and could do with some hand gel in the bathroom, but I'm nitpicking at this point. Netflix or any of the streaming services didn't work on either of the TV's we had too.
