Cons:

Not having water for a shower before checking out. Reception staff handing out a card with an email address instead of dealing with our complaint regarding the water shortage.

Sleep deprived due to nocturnal intruder.
Pros:

Handy for visiting my daughter in Heaton. Relatively well-equipped room.
The staff kindly relocated us to the hotel after we were woken up in the night.

Cons:

Decor was tired and the room was very dimly lit.
When we arrived, the door to the apartment block was wide open.
The external door to our room also did not feel that secure which left us feeling very unsettled, further compounded by a person banging on our door at 4am, which really scared us.

Pros:

Very spacious and we had a terrace out the back. Brilliant facilities and support from the Holiday Inn next door.
Little kitchenette with hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Right next to Jesmond Metro for easy access to Newcastle City Centre.
Although it is also within walking distance.

Will be back again, brilliant place.

Nice, comfortable stay in Jesmond. Suitable for families.
Pros:

The location. I always wanted to try staying in Jesmond. The surrounding was calm, close enough to walk to the Metro. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was so cosy.

Cons:

The heating could be improved.

Passable but, will pay a bit more for somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Getting in to the property was easy and it was in a good location, close to Jesmond Metro station but also walkable into town or Jesmond shops and restaurants. Parking was fine too.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was blocked and wouldn't drain, and the kitchen sink tap was very loose. These were both fixed by the maintenance man on Monday morning. One of the bedside sockets didn't work, and 2 of the light switch covers at the other side of the bed were missing off the switches. The property generally looked tired and in need of a refurb.
I was on the third floor with no lift in the property so not suitable for older people or those with health issues.
It also lacked any info on how to operate the heating, which I needed to boost as the room was cold on arrival and would have stayed that way if I hadn't set the temperature higher.
The wifi was also a bit unreliable, which is not good when you need to work from the room.

Locatie geweldig, groot appartement met nette badkamer, keukentje en een echt groot bed incl extra bedbank

De badkuip is echt glad, leg er een mat in of breng een coating aan het is gevaarlijk
