Pros:

Alles war wunderbar. Sauber und ordentlich und hat eine gute Größe. Parken kann man im nahegelegenen Parkhaus und in die Innenstadt läuft man ein paar Minuten.

1) Really poor communication in advance of our stay concerning the code to access the property. 2) The sofabed mattress for the third person was very uncomfortable 3) traffic noise from busy road

Pros:

Tutto perfetto.
Corrispondente alla descrizione, comodissimo check in e check out con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in reception sia prima di uno che dopo l'altro.
Stanza comoda luminosa e spaziosa.

Cons:

Sinceramente è andato tutto benissimo.
Forse al massimo indicherei in fase di prenotazione il piano della camera visto che essendo case senza ascensore se ti capita come noi la stanza al terzo piano, magari qualcuno può avere difficoltà a salire.

Fabulous accomodation for graduation!

Cons:

I wasn’t aware that it was holiday inn and arrived at 23.15 at address and panicked that we couldn’t get in! May be somewhere onconfirmation highlight where to get keys at holiday inn desk.

I await the refurb that they say they are doing
Pros:

I booked months ago for my daughters graduation we stayed many times before they did not give me room we wanted said it was being returbed no signs of that ? Room they tried to give me I would not stay in as sofa was awful they eventually changed room it was better. So thanks.

Friendly staff, good location, great space - apartment just in need of a little TLC

Spacious, air-conditioned, good facilities in the apartment, plentiful hot water etc - everything we needed was there.
Great location and easy free parking.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The apartment needs a bit of maintenance and some minor repairs - chipped paintwork, curtains partially off rail, damaged furniture

Pros:

Very convenient to Exhibition Park where we were heading for a gig.

Room/ bed were nice and comfy.

Cons:

Parking was confusing. The hotel staff did not know where we should park although agreed we could stay in drop off space. This wouldn't happen on a busier day.

Water is extremely hot the hotel could sort this without too much disruption.

Perfect location for getting to our daughter's graduation, at booking I didn't know it was linked to the holiday inn next door, which was great as you had access to room service and all the hotel restaurant and bar, apartment was large fully, air conditioned,kitchen facilities,very clean,well maintained, great parking, would highly recommend
