Cleanliness was an issue - the rooms really need a deep clean. We had two apartments and both were sub par, one in particular required attention during our stay.

Pros:

Geräumig und helles Apartment mit Klimaanlage und Badezimmer. Lage ist super - direkt am Metrobahnhof Jesmond.

Cons:

Ausstattung teilweise leicht abgenutzt aber vollkommen in Ordnung.

Short stay, comfortable enough .
Pros:

The location was great, but the main road was very busy. Breakfast was lovely, staff was lovely, bed was comfy. Air con very welcome in this heat

Cons:

I didnt realise there was no lift and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with all our luggage. Shower was hanging off the wall, bedroom curtains were hanging off the rail, the kitchen cabinet was very grubby and old and didnt have any overhead lighting so a bit dark when trying to do anything. The pillows on the bed were too soft or too flat.

Property is in a good location, staff were really helpful.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was particularly dusty, which didn’t help with my partners allergies. Considering it was hot having the windows open just added to the problem.

Pros:

Staff was nice and help full .we complain about the sink was blocked on spot they took action.
Location was great
Apartment was spacious.

Cons:

Just i don't like the top floor as my child is special need child and there was so many stairs we struggled alot there should be a lift for so many stairs.
Also bed was not the clean we can see lots of pet hair which make us fell uncomfortable. Sofa bed need new mattress because the mattress was so uncomfortable..
Sorry about these comments I m not complaining I just want to say for upgrade hope you understand. Thanks.

Schönes Appartment
Pros:

Gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage. ACHTUNG Autos wie unser VW California passen nur in den vorderen Teil der TG. Großzügiges Appartment. Alles da was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Sofa das als Zusatzbett genutzt wird ist wirklich ungemütlich. Nicht mehr als eine Nacht für einen Erwachsenen zu empfehlen. 20 Euro für den Mini Hund meiner Tocher ist ganz schön happig. Zumal im Vorfeld nicht auf die Zusatzkosten hingewiesen wurde.
