Die Lage ist gut

Cons:

Die Klimaanlagen hat leidee nicht funktioniert, es gab keine Seife zum Hände waschen, was ich in einem Hotel für den Preis schon erwarte. Außerdem war das Bad sehr dreckig

Pros:

The size of the room, comfortable bed, spacious shower and the location itself was rather good. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing.

Cons:

I know this is not due to the accommodation itself but rather the general situation with almost no A/C facilities in Germany and having the heatwave, it was a bit unpleasant. Being aware that the rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served is outsourced, I would recommend having A/C at least installed there and having such a beautiful rooftop terrace, it's a shame not to put out an extra umbrella and a bit more greenery.

The apartment is not so bad as it self, but then You have a problem which You must to solve fast now, that DI chat is not a best option…

That day when we arrived was 42 degrees in Berlin, and in apartment AC didn’t worked, so in this case the fan had to be in our room already when we arrived, but no, from 15:00 till 19:00 every half an hour we begged staff to bring us a fan, and every time they promised that fan will be delivered in our room soon ( chat was by message in watsup ) and only then I called after 4 hours of begging they brought us one fan for 4 peoples for two bed, so You can just imagine what night we had… then guy who brought us the fan, told us that they have issue with AC, and because of weekend it will be fixed only tomorrow(on Monday), but as I understood from feedback that AC didn’t worked and a few days before then it wasn’t a weekend, so say that You even didn’t try to fix it, we checked-out on Tuesday and You know what? AC still didn’t worked :)

All good, but the broken conditioning spoiled the experience
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights as a group of four. The rooms were clean, comfortable, both the bed and the sofa were already made for us when we came. The check-in is simple and completely remote. The location is good, close to the subway and a few stops away from the city centre. The hosts respond quickly, although often in automated messages.

Cons:

In this heatwave, the conditioning in our rooms wasn’t working. We set the thermostat at 18-20 degrees, yet overnight the temperature would remain at 30-32 degrees. It was terribly hot and now I’ve seen that many people have mentioned this issue in their reviews, as well.

We have contacted the property and were promised the technicians were to take a look at it and, in case the issue couldn’t be fixed, bring us a ventilator. The problem wasn’t resolved, we didn’t get a ventilator, but we were offered a 15% refund. So cheers to the property for communicating back and proceeding with the apology. I hope, they manage to sort the conditioning situation out ❤️

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Vor unserer Anreise wurde uns ausdrücklich gesagt, dass die Klimaanlage sehr gut funktioniert. Das stimmte überhaupt nicht. Aus den Lüftungsschlitzen kam praktisch keine kalte Luft, obwohl es draußen fast 40 °C hatte. Das Zimmer war unerträglich heiß und an Schlaf war kaum zu denken.

Das Personal war zudem sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht lösungsorientiert. Anstatt nach einer Lösung zu suchen oder Verständnis zu zeigen.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit meinem vergessenen Portemonnaie. Nachdem ich angerufen hatte, wurde mir gesagt, dass nichts gefunden wurde und das Zimmer bereits kontrolliert und gereinigt worden sei. Das stellte sich als falsch heraus, denn ein anderer Mitarbeiter hat später gründlich nachgesehen und mein Portemonnaie lag noch im Zimmer.

Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Schlechter Service, mangelhafte Kommunikation und ein Team, das sich bei Problemen nicht bemüht, den Gästen zu helfen. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen.
