I like the place but somehow they have to improve on their cleanliness
Pros:

I like that there was enough bed for me and the kids and that they even put welcome snacks which made the kids super excited!

Cons:

There was an issue where there was some ants crawling and I had told the receptionist and showed her a video to clean it but when we came back the ants were still there.

Cons:

The hotel owner is deliberately deceiving people. The hotel has no stairs, only an elevator and refuses to specify this in the hotel description. If you are claustrophobic and you chose nonrefundable, he refuses to refund your money even though he does not specify this in the description precisely to take money from people who have this problem. I understood from the lady at the reception that he has this problem every week, claustrophobic people who are forced to give up accommodation and he refuses to refund their money but also to pass this aspect to the hotel description.

The lady at the reception was incredibly nice, helpful, and polite. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would happily recommend it.
