Clean, spacious, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

The room was large and clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. Proximity to the tramway was extremely helpful and facilitated speedy transportation into the centre of Basel via the 2 or 6 trams. The receptionist went we arrived was so helpful and spoke excellent English too.

Cons:

No negatives. Perhaps stocking of the refreshments could have been better.

It is ok if you are looking for a place sleep only, don't expect much comfort.
Pros:

Location is around 1.5-2km to city center which is good. They leave Basel cards to room for free public transport. Train station is nearby if you are also visiting other cities. Airport is in 15mins driving distance.

Cons:

Weekdays reception is off after 17:00 and it is 15:00 in weekends. If you plan to leave luggages after check-out you have to consider these times. Breakfast options were limited and they didn't refresh often.

Belle chambre mais ne compense pas les soucis

Cons:

Arrivée à la borne car pas de réception à partir de 15h. La borne ne fonctionne pas. Par chance une employée sort et nous fait notre check-in.
Ensuite, on nous annonce que le petit déjeuner n’est pas compris alors que nous avons payé un supplément. On nous annonce qu’on a payé pour avoir un animal en chambre alors que ce n’est pas le cas. On nous enlève les frais liés a l’animal mais on nous facture tout de même le déjeuner.
Au déjeuner, pas de place dans la salle, on nous installe dans un corridor. Le buffet n’est que peut réapprovisionner alors qu’il est 9h15.

Kæmpe værelse med gode senge. Sød receptionist der anbefalede steder og mad.

Cons:

Ikke så hyggeligt indrettet og en del larm/rumlen fra sporvognene.

Arrived at the hotel a few hours early and the receptionist was so welcoming and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable.
I never caught her name unfortunately, but thank you so much for your kindness and amazing service 🤍
