We was there for the Herbstmesse and it was the best choice for us, central, clean and not complicated.

Pas de parking pour l’hotel. Parking de la Gare (a 2 minutes ) extrêmement cher 98,5CHF/ 2jours, non pris en charge par l’hôtel… (Le réceptionniste m’avait pourtant annoncé le contraire au téléphone peu de temps avant que j’arrive.) / Hygiène pas incroyable…

The room was quiet and clean

there was a discount price- 130euro, but the hotel charged full price of 173,93 euro, which is much too much for such a hotel. On the day of our arrival we got a message that reception works only till 5 pm. What? OK, we didn't want to go thru check-in quests and came before 5pm. Reception... Well, at least it would be a good idea to put a sign at this stuff in the corner saying reception and it would be good to have someone there, without having to call if there is anybody there. The same with check-out- 10am- nobody seen. The bed lamps- you can turn on or off only both! This is stupid- we had to turn another lamp away so that it shines somewhere in the room... All in all- 100-120 euro is a price for this accomodation, which can be called a residence but not the hotel. Will not stay there again.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Arrêt de tram juste à côté. Personnel très agréable. De plus nous sommes arrivés plutôt que prévu et nous avons quand même pu avoir la chambre.
Petit déjeuner complet.

Die Anbindung an die Stadt ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Wurden erst in ein anderes Zimmer umgebucht, da das gebuchte nicht zur Verfügung stand, da etwas kaputt war. Angeblich ein besseres, was nach meinem Bedürfnis nicht der Fall war. Beschreibung bei Booking.com traf nicht zu. Nach dem Hinweis, wurde der Text bei Booking.com geändert. Heizung defekt, erst nach zweimaliger Aufforderung repariert. Fehler können passieren, jedoch wenn sie eine Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte buchen und bezahlen, einen Marmorkuchen bekommen, sind sie sehr ernüchtert. Ich hätte bei dem Preis ein Entgegenkommen erwartet, am Ende wurden mir 20 Fr. bei den Parkgebühren erlassen, was für den Ärger, die Zeit und die nicht erbrachte eingekaufte Leistung sehr ernüchternd war.

Pros:

Location. Clean. Nice room size. Breakfast excellent. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Mattress was a bit hard. Lightning not great. Smells of smoke even though it's a non-smoking room.
