Goede bedden, douche in bad, verduisterings gordijnen, gratis drinken in koelkastje. Internet was goed, met gratis openbaar vervoer kaarten kunnen reizen in heel Basel.
Kussen zijn nogal plat, bed is laag, met kinderen geen probleem maar als je slecht op kan staan kan het vervelend zijn. Veel herrie van trams en voorbijrijdend verkeer.
We were very late arriving 2am! Due to a late running train & then a bus replacement service.
Clear instructions sent ahead of arrival to book in & obtain room key etc.
Staff were able to look after our bags for the morning while we explored Basel for a few hours before catching our next train.

Ich habe nicht verstanden warum das Hotel 4 Sterne haben sollte.
Am Samstag ist kein Personal vor Ort. Das Hotel hat nur Zimmer im obersten Stock. Leere Minibar.
Ich habe eindeutig zu viel bezahlt.

De ligging dicht bij station en goede parkeerplaats in de omgeving waar je ook nog korting voor kreeg bij het hotel. Heel schoon. Houten vloeren. Er waren weinig klanten voor het ontbijt en toch werd prima ontbijt geserveerd.

camera ampia con letto matrimoniale e letto alla francese, bagno grande con vasca, aria condizionata , al quarto piano. L'hotel, un intero piano di un edificio, è servito da tram e bus per raggiungere il centro città, comodissimo anche se non proprio in pieno centro. La reception chiude alle 17 dopo di che si accede con self check in. Alla reception abbiamo incontrato una ragazza molto molto gentile ci ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni per muoverci in città. L'hotel compreso nel prezzo offre la base card, card con cui si può viaggiare gratuitamente.
