Plagas en la habitación, mala gestión del problema y ambiente poco recomendable

La cama era cómoda

Cons:

Encontramos una cucaracha volando por la habitación, que conseguimos matar tras perseguirla. Al reportarlo en recepción y solicitar un cambio de habitación, nos hicieron esperar más de tres horas hasta recibir la confirmación del gerente. Durante ese tiempo, intentaron que regresáramos a la habitación alegando que el problema ya se había resuelto.

Además, en el lobby del hotel había varias personas que parecían acompañantes cuando llegamos, y durante la noche se escuchaban puertas de habitaciones abriéndose y cerrándose constantemente.

En base a nuestra experiencia, no lo recomendaría en ningún caso.
