Jamarie Kinlaw from the valet parking was top notch, professional, nice and made us feel extremely welcomed.. had everything broke down price was ans was ready to go. That goes a long way for us. We appreciate him, his team and there service!

The wait staff for dining was exceptional and very friendly.

We love this hotel! As Hilton’s honor members we have stayed in lots of homewood suites and this one is top notch. The rooms are always clean and have all that we need to accommodate our large family; but the stand out qualities are really in the details. From the valet, to front desk, housekeeping and kitchen, the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate what we asked for and are a JOY to interact with which makes all the difference. We had an especially exceptional interaction with SPRING during our breakfast. She goes out of her way to greet every guest, and checks on you cleaning up throughout your meals making sure the place stays neat and functional. She had sweet interactions with our children, and went out of her way to get us water after the buffet was closed when we checked out. Her teammates Harol, Tashill and Ash were equally as helpful and pleasant. A standout feature of this hotel is the rooftop bar and pool with amazing views of the city and nightly entertainment. It’s comparable to a 5 star resort up there. You can’t beat the fact that all of this is within walking distance of riverfront shops and restaurant's. We have now stayed at this location three times, as a stopping point on our way to Florida and will continue to book this hotel again and again!!

Lovely people work here. Fresh coffee put out out all the time. Breakfast was healthy and happy hour every day at 5:30. You will not regret it.

We arrived yesterday and had a lonely breakfast this morning. The breakfast staff is welcoming, greeting you upon arrival which was very nice and made us feel at home. Tashill who orders for this location had some nice added touches to the limited hilton items. That was a huge hit for us, since we stay at hiltons frequently and our can get very old.

The support staff was amazing a well, very quick to clean up and engaged in customer service. Spring was very helpful and sweet. She ensured the counters were clean and ready for the next guest. Ash and Harol were great too watching out for everyone's needs and getting dishes done.

Wonderful first morning. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend

It was our 5 year anniversary trip. Never been to Savanna. Upon checking in, we were asked if we were celebrating anything. We responded yes, and told them our anniversary. A very short time later as we were unpacking, a knock on the door, there was a hotel staff member holding a basket full of goodies, a bottle of champagne, and two glasses. The staff throughout our stay were friendly.

I had a wonderful experience with Randy as the valet. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He greeted me with a warm smile, handled my vehicle with care, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure great service. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it truly made a difference in my visit.
