Einfache Unterkunft mit guter Lage
Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der sehr nette Checkin und die Begrüßung. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in der historischen Altstadt. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett und ein kleines Bett. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig.

Cons:

Gerne etwas größere Handtücher, die Handtücher vor Ort waren etwas klein.
Durch die Jahreszeit ist es generell in Portugal so, dass die Zimmer in etwas älteren Gebäuden eher klamm und feucht sind. Da keine Zentralheizung verbaut ist, muss man immer wieder auf Heizgeräte zurückgreifen. Auch hier könnte man ein etwas stärkeres Gerät einsetzen, um die Feuchtigkeit rauszubekommen. Ansonsten war alles okay Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt.

Terrible beds, stained sheets, but next to Atlantic Ocean.
Pros:

It was right on the Atlantic Ocean, so that was wonderful. The front desk personnel were lovely, but they did not outweigh the downsides of the room.

Cons:

There was a huge stain on the sheets. But, is possible that the sheets were cleaned but just stained, but it was disgusting anyway. The front desk did supply clean sheets, but this was at 11 pm so not very helpful. Otherwise the room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. The bed was horrible. It sagged badly in the middle such that my husband and I rolled toward each other all night. The front desk said the bed was queen sized, but it was definitely much less than that. The room was very small, but it was inexpensive, so we did not mind the size.
