Excellent location and great food , value for money
Pros:

Room was excellent , clean and cosy . The dinner was exceptional quality and taste and breakfast was fantastic . Great location , value for money and worth it . A gem to stay at.

The staff and facilities made our stay exceptional.

Just on top of my head; the egg benedict bun was stale, the beef fillet was burnt, the mash tasted like the packet one.

Pros:

Food was good, service at the bar was good, but at breakfast was slow on the 26th, room was comfortable, nice coffee machine in breakfast room

Cons:

Expected more effort, like traditional Christmas lunch More Christmas 🎄, decorations, and music, but nothing.
Children allowed to scream around pool area, not asked to stop screaming, by staff.

It was nice , we even enjoyed eating delicious breakfast and dinner.
Pros:

The property is looking older now, I saw a frog inside the room.The breakfast and dinner were delicious . The staff were very goodly.

Cons:

Old furnitures , frog inside the room and gymnasium room was not operating ,there was no electricity in the room.

Pros:

The place looked very clean and classy

Cons:

My arrival was delayed so I arrived late but when I called to notify them no one picked up my calls until I arrive at midnight, and no one was around. I decide to go to another place and it wa very late ,I finally got a place to sleep after driving for 12 hrs and I was tired and frustrated because the place i booked to spend the night was disappointing.
