Short visit to Nelspruit
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I had fillet steak for dinner, and it was superb. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Luckily stayed only 1 night
Pros:

Waiter tried his best with what he had.

Cons:

Did not have hot water when I wanted to shower.
One basin did not drain, other basin did not have drain plug.
Electric blanket only worked on the one side of double bed.
No Coke or Coke Zero available at dinner time.
Separate billing for spa, and dinners. You can not book bill against your room.
Not nice to have dinner while facing old cobwebs against the shelving.
Waiter and barman is the same person
After I paid I was informed that payment is not refundable
You can not make contact with reception on the landline as it is not being answered.
Special requests on Booking.com was not answered or replied to either.
Carpets need replacement in room.

It was the best birthday getaway. Everything about this place is great from food to hospitality

Beautifull facilities. Paris was a super waiter, very friendly and attentive to guests needs, they have a small gym on site as well which was nice, Dinner was superb!

Very beautiful place to stay and to relax. You can connect your self with the nature very nice to enjoy a good quality time

Cons:

On the descriptions say they serve a buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t full booked so they didn’t serve a buffet just à la carte.
