Overall, still a pleasant stay
Pros:

Very walkable. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Liked the welcome infused water. Breakfast staff was pleasant. The recycling bins.

Cons:

That there were only 2 towels in our room of 3ppl. Waited until the next day for another towel. Room was not ready although I checked in after 3. We got the keys about 3:45. The ppl in the room below had a balcony and were very loud during quiet hours, waking my kids and I. Called front desk about it and they handled it immediately, so that was great. But i could not go back to sleep. The pool was NOT open at 9am. Quite a few families were waiting around until someone actually went down to the lobby to get front desk staff to open up the doors. The lobby vending machine ate my money. Front desk staff tried to help, but ended up having to refund me.

Perfeito.
Pros:

Excelente estadia, autorizaram check in antecipado na hora. O quarto era excelente, amplo, tudo limpinho, funcionando e confortável. A localização também é boa, bem central, perto de vários restaurantes e do metrô. Tem uma área bem legal de piscina mas não chegamos a usar.
