Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Panama-City-Trip ! Exzellentes Gesamtpaket !

Lage, Ausstattung, Frühstück, alles ausgezeichnet. Tolle Aussicht auf die Skyline von Panama -City.
In einem ruhigen Viertel gelegen, Alles in der City mit dem Taxi gut zu erreichen.
Sehr bequeme Betten. Tolle Dusche. Mineralwasser, Tee, Kaffee, Kaffeemaschine.
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das beste Frühstück unseres Panama-Aufenthalts !
Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang. Late Check out bis 17 Uhr für ein kleines Aufgeld vereinbart.
Roof -Top - Bar und Pool im 15. Stock mit sehr gutem Service.

Very nice hotel in a bustling neighborhood with lots of restaurants
Pros:

AC worked well when I got hot. Checkout time of 1pm is wonderful! Location perfectly near my son's apt. Very nice room, clean and comfortable.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

The Hotel is close to the metro station. The breakfast is varied. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The gym has the necessary equipment for working out during a stay. The pool and the rooftop bar are inviting.

Cons:

We had to ask everyday to bring the free water bottles

Pros:

Location and free breakfast

Cons:

Room Air conditioner did not work correctly.
Maintenance came and did nothing had to sleep with the air and heat unit off. It was cold and had to wear my clothes in bed to stay warm. Also telephone was broke and was told that could not move to another room because the hotel was full.
If My wife and I had a very un easy night.
I will be contacting Best Western to get my money refunded or at least extra points towards my account.

Female Reception staff andcrestaurant staff were very helpful

The management of the pool verged on dangerous. The breakfast was poor - unhealthy options . We had to ask for towels and bathmat
