We had a wonderful holiday and really enjoyed the two bedroom apartment with its own bathrooms.My sisters really enjoyed the quiet and very clean environment and the staffs were all welcoming and always ready to assist.
We were the guests of the day and we loved the new referneshed rooms . Also loved the complimentary chocolates and cookies.
My family always like staying at holiday bcoz the rooms are very spacious and room service is very good . We loved our stay.
The place is good with friendly staff.The counter staff are efficient but sometimes have to wait for room allocation when checking in.
The location is excellent—right in the city center and within easy walking distance to shops, malls, convenience stores, and bus stops. The room and overall atmosphere are small but comfortable, and the price is fairly reasonable given the central location.
However, a few areas could be improved. Although the rooms are clean, the beds advertised as queen size appear to be closer to double size, which was disappointing. The carpets could also use more thorough cleaning, as the room felt a bit stuffy whenever the air conditioning was turned down or off.
Additionally, the reservations team was slow to respond and repeatedly blamed internet connectivity issues, even though the hotel’s Wi-Fi in the rooms worked perfectly on our end.
Overall, a convenient stay with potential to be much better with a few improvements.
Staff were extremely friendly. Deniths Vincent was awesome at the breakfast. Staff at the reception was also excellent and in restructuring customer service was exceptional.
Hospitality was great. Appre died the kind atmosphere and respectful staff. I believe I'll choose Holiday Inn on my next trip. Thanks

My stay this trip was excellent, unlike other trips 6th flor was quiet, no noice and the receptionist Theresa and Rayleen were very helpful, very professional and to my enquiries, despite alot of guests to attend to they were very excellent..

It was my first time staying at Holiday Inn Express and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm and enthusiastic, ensuring I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. A highlight was definitely the delicious muffins, which added a sweet touch to my visit.
