Great experience! Definitely will come back if I visit Surabaya again in the future.
Pros:

Everything is in a great standard. Friendly staff, great room and accommodation.

Cons:

The only thing that I hope can be fixed in the future is the entrance for pedestrians. The path is very small. It’s hard for people to walk through especially when they carry a lot of luggage. The rain also only makes it worse.
