The room was nicely decorated in a plain style. It was clean and have everything we needed. Nice sun deck. Quiet at this time of year.
Had problems with online check-in but it finally worked. Everything here serms to be done online. Not sure if there is any staff onsite.

Absolutely shocked to walk in and find such a well-set-up room. Real fire as well. The rooms are small, and the bathroom was a bit tight. But great location and the parking needs to be pre-booked, but the hotel will email, and they are very good (although we didn't meet anyone)

Close to town but on a quiet street. The fireplace was very nice. The proprietors were helpful and very responsive.

The place is clean and very close to eveything, we even saw a Bear which was the highlight of our trip. We have called the property staff on the heater and they addressed it immediately

Very clean and spacious with a little kitchen.Cute hotel. Location was within walking distance to Heavenly Village, restaurants and shops. Easy access to main roads around Lake Tahoe.
There were no instructions in the room to operate the fire place, thermostat, and TV. The office was not staffed, but the housekeeping people were very nice and helpful. They told me that ice was across the street at their sister property the Station.
Room is very comfort and clean
No breakfast and stairs. We stay room on 2nd floor and have to take big luggage.
Hotel room was cute
There is no staff on property, upstairs kept me up all night being loud, I pulled back the blankets to find a bunch of some else's hair the bedding was not changed shower curtain was extremely dirty.
