Nice stay in South Tahoe
Pros:

Nice room in a quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious, the bathroom small, bed comfortable. Easy walking distance from lots of restaurants and bars, and also a Tahoe beach. There is no desk staff on site but we texted with a request for more hangers, which were delivered to our door in about 5 minutes. No room straightening & fresh towels provided during our 3 day stay, but you could probably text to request that too. Checkin, checkout, communication was super easy.

Cons:

The walls/floor were a little thin - could hear people talking, TV, and in one case some mysterious plumbing noise.

Great location and decent deal, yet no breakfast option and fully automated check in and no staff on site at all.
Pros:

Location was great. The gas fireplace in the room was a nice touch.

Cons:

Totally automated check in so no one on the property. No breakfast option except a 10% at a restaurant across the road. No heater except for the gas fireplace, floors were really cold.

Large and cozy,
Pros:

The room had a fireplace. The kitchenette was nice. plenty of storage. the jetted tub.

Cons:

the check in process was a little confusing. not many options for where to place wet ski stuff.

We were there for our anniversary and the property knew that as they had asked it when they called to confirm. The was a

Location was great, plenty of parking spaces

Cons:

Lots of text messages, emails and calls to reminder. It was a bit excessive and stressful right before our trip as I kept thinking something has gone wrong every time I received another communication from the hotel.

A good place to stay in Tahoe,very convenient, great communication.
Pros:

The rooms are beautiful and so convenient , communication is excellent.Location is so convenient and easy to find, check-in was seamless.

Cons:

Bed was a little too firm and uncomfortable, our bathroom handle was wiggly and hard to use.. The main door was moving a lot, at some point it sounded like somebody was trying to unlock it or shake it from outside.
