Outdated. Looks tired. We had booked lounge access with our stay but it was non existent and not mentioned by staff. Staff at breakfast time were quite abrupt verging on being rude. Most likely wouldn’t use this hotel again

Lounge experience was great! Ezra was amazing!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Ezra from the lounge went the extra mile to make sure we had an extraordinary time. She was attentive to our needs every evening. The property was beautiful and well-maintained. It is definitely worth renting a car because parking is free and it is a bit off the normal path.

Enjoyable Stay in Muscat Oman
Pros:

An excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were given our room at 7am, even though check in was 2pm. The pool is divine, beds super comfortable and huge beautiful bathrooms. Highly recommend as a relaxing stopover. Thank you to all their staff.

We booked this hotel about a month ago, and on the day of arrival we arrived late and tired to find out that they didn't prepare our room as booked. At first they told us that there is no room for us! Then suddenly a surprise room appeared!!! We went to the room to be surprised that it was used and the bathroom was dirty. We went down to the lobby to discuss with the staff and they gave us an upgrade to another room, and we are grateful for that. But the shocking thing is that when the manager called, she treated us as if we were liars and that the cleaning mistake they have made was made by us!! The room was used and the bathroom was dirty and the manager was rude to us, and this is unacceptable to us👌
