Nice hotel staff and good breakfast spread
Location, room and breakfast.
Room service was a big disappointment, food came cold, a burger you would expect from a cheap Indian corner restaurant, melted ice-cream and the prices came higher than what's in the menu; 16 riyal instead of 13 for the burger, 3.6 riyal ice-cream instead of kids 1 riyal from kids menu....!!
The bathroom floor was not very clean.
Quiet, comfortable room with spacious bathroom. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Close to the airport as well. Overall, a great stay!

Έκλεισα εκ των προτέρων μέσω του ξενοδοχείου μεταφορά από το αεροδρόμιο για το ξενοδοχείο. Όταν βγήκα από το αεροδρόμιο, το ταξί δεν ήταν εκεί και έπρεπε να το περιμένω 25'. Ήταν μεσάνυχτα και δεν τίθεται θέμα κίνησης/αυξημένης κυκλοφορίας στους δρόμους.
I had a truly wonderful stay. The staff were all extremely kind, the facilities were beautiful, and the food in the restaurants was very good.
Even though the hotel is very large, they make you feel genuinely welcomed and at home. A special thank you to Sanaa at reception and Abib, who are truly the warm and familiar face of the hotel.
I will definitely come back.
Everything was very nice but if i can give some suggestions, night staff can improve, i had to call more than one time for them to came and fix something in my room. And the travel and tours operator can be improved as well.
