Excelente hotel
Pros:

Excelente acomodação! Tinha fechado por causa da proximidade com a estação e dos pontos turísticos e foi uma grata surpresa com relação ao conforto e o cuidado com o hóspede! Ao chegarmos recebemos um kit com hidratação para o rosto e todo dia ganhamos um mimo e água de cortesia! A cama era confortável e o espaço do quarto era bom para o padrão do Japão! O café da manhã é muito bom, contando tanto com opções salgadas como doces, algo que não vimos em outras estadias! Ele é muito próximo a tudo, tanto que fomos caminhando a todos os lugares! Ele fica próximo a vários comércios e a um mercado que tem diversos restaurantes! Quanto ao atendimento foi um dos melhores que tivemos, assim que chegamos comentamos que queríamos fazer um bate e volta a Shirakawago e os atendentes nos ajudaram a reservar o ônibus com a maior paciência do mundo! Amamos o hotel e voltaremos com certeza!

Die Lage in der Stadt Kanazawa war super und man hat viele Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es ist alles da was man brauchen könnte. Vielen Dank

Cons:

脱衣場所がない。
朝食時に座席への案内がない、品数が少ない。
部屋のライトの調光が出来ない。
ルームライトをオフにするとベッドサイドのコンセントが使用できない設備不良あり。

La atención , el personal y la habitación espectacular! Les pedí si podía entrar antes de la hora y cuando llegue la habitación estaba lista.
La ubicación es muy buena y tiene un bus a 1 cuadra que hace una vuelta completa por los sitios de interés .Si estás usando la tarjeta Suica , sirve para usarla en este transporte.
