Everything was 10 out of 10. The hotel offered great value for money, and I would definitely come back again!

Cons:

The hotel itself is very good and probably one of the best options in Kanazawa. However, I did not really appreciate the attitude and service from some of the staff. It may have been due to miscommunication, as we were communicating in English, but I felt that the tone was not as polite as what I experienced in other places in Japan.

Overall, it was still a good stay, especially since I did not need to interact with the staff too much.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Central location.

Cons:

Washing machine malfunctioned mid cycle and we wasted hours trying to sort it out. Staff were friendly but didnt really help. Breakfast is ok but could do with some more options.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pieds. La chambre est confortable, il y a même des pyjamas à disposition. Tout le nécessaire est là.

Cons:

L'odeur de cigarettes quand on entre dans l'hôtel est vraiment désagréable. De plus, seulement du café était à disposition mais pas de fontaine à eau.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Very well priced (it was off season) for the standard of hotel.

Facilities/amenities were good. We particularly enjoyed the pyjamas and I loved the deep bath tub and complementary bath salts to relax after walking around Kanazawa. Well located, it’s about a 20 min walk to the station but near bus stops and 15-20 min walks to everything else in Kanazawa too.

Breakfast was traditional Japanese (so very savoury, rice, soup, meat etc). Good quality but not to everyone’s taste.

Cons:

It felt a little dated and had a slight smell in the corridor - perhaps why it’s a little cheaper than some other equivalent hotels in Kanazawa!

Great hotel, great location.
Pros:

Really nice hotel, especially for the price. People saying the rooms are small - maybe for some countries' standards but I was alone and it was completely fine. The bed was big and comfy and there were laundry facilities and even a pillow cupboard to get extra pillows.

Cons:

The tv turned on every time you entered the room which was a bit annoying.

Parfait !
Pros:

Superbe hôtel, extrêmement pratique pour visiter Kanazawa ! Tout était très propre, l’hôtel est central et la machine à laver pour très peu cher est un vrai plus. Avoir les boissons gratuites était également très agréable. Un sans faute !
