Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and modern. It had everything what one would need. The location of the hotel is great: it is near the Omicho market and all the other sightseeing places in Kanazawa.

Accomodation with central location
Pros:

The hotel offers a lot of rooms, it's location is pretty centric, the castle is in walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit oldish, also the entrance of the hotel smelled like cigarette, I assume because of the smoking room. In the morning you have to queue up for the breakfast in busy times which is unfortunate.

For solo traveler, the 8th floor was just the relaxation I needed.
Pros:

I was placed on the 8th floor, women only with spa luxury. It was unexpected surprise and I was happy to be allowed to stay there. Glad it was a higher floor. As a solo traveler I felt safer. The laundry service was very easy to use and I did use the massagers, face masks and bath salts. The staff was very accommodating and every person on every shift was friendly and helpful 😊

Cons:

Breakfast ended too early and I never tried it. I’m not an early riser.
