No cleanliness, the bedsheets and pillows were so dirty, even the rooms were not clean. No handwash in toilets. No hangers in bathroom. No proper electricity sockets in the rooms. Also Wifi is only available on the ground floor and no any other floors

My reservation was cancelled the due date without any reason. Still no reimbursement has occured.

The fact that the reception isn’t 24/7 so anybody could walk into the property
People were smoking in the dorms
Most of the toilets were not in order
There wasn’t any Internet available and would most likely disconnect when it connected temporarily

The cleanliness of the hostel wasn the greatest, I thought I saw bed bugs but can't be sure. There wasn't any curtains for the windows so if you stayed out late and wanted to sleep through the morning you'd be blinded by sunlight.

The lack of attendant at night was a big issue.

We were in a room with no conditioning and one window only for 8 people.in the room there was cleaner lady living and other girl just living there it was very smelly at first then we demanding opening one tiny window.bedsheets were already on and you dont have option to take new ones and make bed on your own.cleaner lady demanded sheets were clean although they had stains on them.bunk bed first floor is very low basically you sleep on the floor.in the shower hot water is a problem we could not shower.our room was in female dorm and it was all the way up the last floor.stairs are veeery steep so consider that also if you are traveling with suitcase it would be quite challenging.wi-fi is only available on first and second floor.there is even no connection on the last floor so we had to just sit on tge stairs downstairs for wifi.only good thing about the facility is location thats all.would not recommend the particular one we took which was 8 bed female dorm

Muy sucio, olía fatal en todos lados, las duchas no funcionaban en la primera planta y en el resto salía agua muy fría, la que se alojaba era rara y la gran mayoría tampoco tenía una higiene mínima.
El baño de la primera planta muy sucio, en peores condiciones por la mañana, tras la madrugada (vómitos).
Teníamos dos noches reservadas ver Rotterdam y luego irnos a Ámsterdam y decidimos irnos una noche antes a pesar de perder el dinero. Daba miedo.

Não gostei não dormi lá ninhum dia local muito sujo sem segurança porta do quarto sem fechadura

Todo, no hubo aseo, toca dormir con 8 personas en una habitación donde máximo caben 4, por lo que el olor de la habitación era insoportable, no pude dormir ahí, me tocó irme a 5am a buscar algún ligar donde pasar porque era asqueroso el lugar, todo el lugar en general

There was not a WiFi in the third floor. NO HEATING AT ALL for our stay(2days). No warm water in the shower as well. Also the environment was uncomfortable and we felt unsafe. Even the receptionist told us to not leave important staff in the room so yes it was a little bit creapy
