Unclean and unhygienic. The police were outside questioning guests about illegal activity when I arrived, need I say more. The property refuses to refund me and booking.com has been no help at all. not good enough!

Nothing works, dangerous place full of scammers, junkies and criminals. Wallets disappear regularly. Lockers are all openable or destroyed. Sleeping in the street is literally safer

всё, чистота отсутствует , район небезопасный, цена не соответствует качеству ,мы бронировали комнату только для девушек , хотели нас заселить в комнату с мужчинами ,половина из которых были не в адекватном состоянии ,вода в душе не регулируется , она бывает теплая только с утра , когда ты успеешь раньше всех встать , постоянные крики , шум, клопы

There were no one in check-out and check-in, you have to wait someone to occur anytime they want.
If you want to stay 9 homeless man that’s your hostel. Room was poor ventilation and smells like someone who doesn’t shower in their life.
I felt danger when I stayed because expect people who are travelling city but those people are drug addicts.
There are no soap and toilet papers in the toilets. Each floor 20-30 people using 2 toilets and 2 showers, there is no place to secure your belongings.
Also I am the only woman I saw during my stay.

C'est la pire expérience de ma vie. Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes. La première nuit, comme nous sommes arrivés le soir, nous n'avons trouvé personne pour nous accueillir. Du coup, nous avons dû dormir dehors, sans notre voiture, car il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible à cette heure-là.
De plus, nous avons décidé de quitter cet endroit pour aller dans un autre hôtel. J’ai parlé avec la personne concernée pour obtenir un remboursement, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse de leur part.
Du jamais vu : 1 300 euros à la poubelle pour avoir réservé avec le groupe pour rester dans cet endroit.

Esperienza orribile. Spazi angusti e scale estremamente ripide. Pulizia pessima e totale mancanza di biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani assenti). Sicurezza inesistente: il lavandino del bagno non era fissato, ma precariamente appoggiato su uno sgabello, finendo così per cadere a terra.

Rooms were too dirty. No cleaning for week apperantly. The staff can not speak English. Onlyandarin they speak. There was no hot water in the shower, l said this to the staff and they understand me but pretend to be not understand because they do not knoe English. I was sayin hot water, they were showing me wifi password but talking eachother about hot water. They do not know that l know Mandarin.

QUANDO CHEGUEI LÁ O RAPAZ DA RECEPÇÃO DISSE QUE NÃO TINHA RESERVA, QUE NÃO TINHA CAMA. ENTÃO, QUE ELES TINHA CANCELADO E ENVIADO EMAIL, MAS SÓ RECEBI ESSE DEPOIS DE ESTAR EM OUTRO HOSTEL. EU NÃO ME HOSPEIDEI NESTE PORQUE AS ACOMODAÇÕES ESTAVAM OCUPADAS. NÃO GOSTEI DISSO PORQUE VOCÊ UM LUGAR PERTO DO QUE VC QUER FAZER E ASSIM NA PUDE FAZER O QUE QUERIA, E AINDA TIVE QUE BUSCAR OUTRO HOSTEL DE UMA HORA PARA OUTRA.

estaba todo sucio, no habia seguridad de nada, vagabundos y drogadictos se meten a tu habitacion. Y en mi caso, habia alguien que olia horrible durmiendo en mi cama. Realmente me lo tome con calma, porque todo parecia muy peligroso. Por suerte Booking intento ayudarme, y finalmente la hostal no hizo nada. El lugar es realmente peligroso. Hay gente muy muy rara, y que no tienen nada el perfil de ser turistas o de andar viajando para conocer. Tambien llego la policia a media noche, porque habia alguien robando cosas. Tuve que dormir en otra cama esperando que no viniera ningun delincuente y abrazado a mi mochila. Una experiencia horrible.
