La dame qui parlait plusieurs langues et qui a dormi avec nous était super sinon l’établissement est en travaux et assez étroit

我没有入住客房，因为酒店根本不提供0：00后入住的服务，check in只能在8：00pm之前，而8：00pm-0：00pm之间入住需要另加10欧费用，0：00之后根本不可能入住，而这些信息都没有在官方APP预订时提前注明，甚至在问题部分，酒店只回复了一个可以延迟入住的评论而没有说明具体细节。我在预订时无法得知和改变入住时间，只好添加了说明我会0：00后入住，并之后提交了更改时间的请求，但酒店后台回复极慢，电话完全无法打通，在入住当天才明确回复无法给我办理入住，无法退费。这给我带来了极其严重的经济损失，我接下来的行程和车票也全部作废了。最糟糕的预订体验。
I didn't check into my room because the hotel doesn't offer check-in after midnight(0:00). Check-in is only available before 8:00 PM, and checking in between 8:00 PM and midnight incurs an additional €10 fee. Check-in after midnight is impossible. This information wasn't mentioned in advance when booking through their official app. Even in the issues section, the hotel only replied with a comment that late check-in was possible without any details. I couldn't find out or change my check-in time during booking, so I added a note stating I would check in after midnight and submitted a request to change the time. However, the hotel's response was extremely slow, and I couldn't get through by phone. They only confirmed on the day of my arrival that they couldn't check me in and wouldn't give me a refund. This caused me significant financial loss, and my entire itinerary and train tickets were also cancelled. The worst booking experience ever.
