There's no regular cleaning, there's food rest and rooting food smell. The bed have fleas. I wanted to leave because I had an emergency back my place and they keep my days reservated they and booking don't want to refund

There were too many stairs, and they were very long and difficult to climb. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the mattresses were so worn out that my body sank into them, causing discomfort for my back. The bathroom was not clean and lacked basic necessities, such as toilet paper. There were also unpleasant smells coming from both the room and the bathroom. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance of the property were very poor.

Mijn bed was kapot, de matras te dun met een grote kuil erin. Een aantal dagen was er geen warm water. Er was geen wc bril. De nooduitgang was gedurende mijn hele verblijf (30 dagen) geblokkeerd met een lockerkast.

Tienen números de teléfonos ya falsos en esta página de Booking en la que uno ante un cambio no hay manera de comunicarse. Nunca contestan los Mails ni los chats.
Reservamos una habitación de mujeres para 5 y nos mezclaron con hombres, no les importó nada. Nos dejaron en la peor habitación, que no tiene ventilación, completamente inhumano, tiene una vidriera en vez de una ventana, huele horrible ya que no entra aire fresco y lo peor es que el hostel estaba lleno de gente en situación de drogas y alcohol. Nos sentimos completamente indefensas. Lo peor es que al salir me olvide mi Ebook adentro y cuando le explique al chico negro de rastas del restaurante de al lado (que tambien trabaja en Recepción) no nos quizo ayudar, nos gritó y amenazó. Toda la atención de principio a fin fue horrible
