Will stay again.
Pros:

The staff, the parking, the location and general feel of the hotel. Reception staff were great.

Cons:

Restaurant was a bit disappointing for the evening meal. Breakfast was good with very nice staff.

We enjoyed our stay and visit to Cambridge.
Pros:

The accommodation was comfortable and quiet and spacious. A good location and convenient for seeing all of the colleges and museums.

Cons:

Disappointed that we were unable to participate in the tour in one of the Bentleys despite making our hotel booking several months ago. Breakfast was not as good as we expected or compared with other hotels. The menu for evening meals was too restricted so we ate out each evening.

Very good, will happily stay again.
Pros:

An excellent experience, two minor negatives were a false fire alarm and insufficient hot water at peak time. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and the breakfast choices were superb.

Cons:

On-site car parking cannot be pre-booked and was full; the nearby multi-story car park had limited spaces, but we were lucky this time.

Hotel bien placé et beau de l’extérieur. Il faut aimer les lits extra durs!

Bon emplacement

Cons:

Les lit sont très durs et il y a des chambres qui sont à côté de l’ascenseur et très bruyant.

Il y avait trois serveurs pendant le petit déjeuner et ils n’ont rien fait appart de parler. Ils n’ont pas débarrassé la table.

Cons:

Breakfast on the second morning wasn’t a good experience, very busy and they had run out of plates and well as breakfast items. There was also only one coffee machine which you must queue for.

Large comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The complementary tour in a Bentley was a unique experience.
