Everything - it was so clean, comfortable, beautiful decor, delicious food, outdoor space, friendly helpful staff, complimentary limo tour.
Lack of parking & cost of parking
Welcoming and friendly staff all over in the hotel.
Eating and drinking areas very tastefully decorated and comfortable.
The complimentary Bentley ride with guide and driver Mike was fantastic.

Room and staff all very good,
Breakfast seemed a little disorganised with staff not knowing which table food was for, milk, water and juices all needing to be replaced and coffee machine causing many problems

Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and breakfast was very good.
There was a weird vibration in the bathroom. I tried having a bath but couldn't stand the vibration.
Also there's an old fashioned fire alarm bell in the room that would occasionally make a quiet dinging noise. This could also be from the weird vibration too.

Position, cleanliness, reception staff.
The breakfast was chaotic, long waits to self serve coffee, 40 minute wait both mornings to order off menu. No orange juice, butter or croissants 4.5.26, a real shame as could have been lovely.

Under staffed. One person running the restaurant service. One person on the bar had to leave to clear the garden. Ladies toilet was dirty. Expected better standards and service for the price

Poca cortesia da parte dello staff , il check in era fissato per le 15 con il parcheggio prenotato ma alle 15,30 lastanza non era ancora pronta e il parcheggio non era disponibile . La colazione non è assolutamente all’altezza .
Central location, beautiful room. Lovely gardens.
No accessible heating. Chilly bathroom. Some staff a bit aloof. At breakfast two employees stood talking to each other right next to me, which disturbed my peaceful meal. The dinner was very expensive for what it was - £16 for a small sliced beetroot .?

Few little things surprised us about a posh place like this.
When we first entered our room there was toilet tissue in the toilet bowl.
Also one of the 2 cups by the kettle was not empty.
The ladies room downstairs by the reception with the no touch door was a mess with toilet paper everywhere. I know this reflects your guests that day more than the hotel but cleaning staff need to be more vigilant I guess.
