Pros:

El hotel en si mismo.El l edificio es antiguo pero tiene su encanto,sus suelos ,el mobiliario etc
Pero sobretodo si he destacar algo es el personal que nos atendió en el buffet y también en recepción

Quizás mejoraría el buffet libre y los menús
Y es una pena que las salas que tiene al entrar en el hotel no se puedan disfrutar más ,les haría falta un poquito más de confort, buenos sofás ,sillones , alguna zona de lectura, también es cierto que yo fui en pleno verano y era una locura la calor que hacía en estas salas que comento y en la recepción
A mí tocó una habitación en la zona nueva y estaba bien, correcta y confortable
En cambio a mí hija le tocó la parte vieja y aunque la habitación estaba renovada olía un poco a humedad

Good hotel. Some of the staff could be a bit more empathic.
Pros:

Rooms and hotel in general where clean. Food for lunch and dinner delicious. We got a massage and it was really good.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. When restaurant wasn’t open they couldn’t even toast a slice of bread for my baby (not even if I brought the bread). Also refused to give me a ioghurt for her…
Did not help in that sense at all.
Petition for cots where accepted and then they didn’t have enough cots to lend.

Pros:

Voy cada año desde hace 3 y siempre bien, la.ubicacion, las habitaciones, la piscina.

Cons:

Cogí una habitación triple superior para mi hija y para mi por las vistas. Desde las habitacion se ve el atardecer y me encanta. La habitación que nos dieron no correspondía con la que yo cogí. Además estaba el suelo de la dicha todo descascarillado. La chica de recepción me dijo muy borde que tendría que darme una doble si quería cambiar. Hasta el.dia siguiente por la mañana que fui a comentar lo ocurrido, no me ofrecieron una compensación. Que fue quedarme hasta las 15:00 son cargo, después de ofrecerme desayuno o spa.
Por otro lado la porcina llena de niños con gafas y flotadores, como si fuera una piscina de playa y no un valneario. Muy decepcionate esta vez.

Instalacions mal mantingudes i serveis deplorables. No hi ha servei de Bar Restaurant nomes de Menu i mal servei poc profesional. Una gran decepció veure com ha enpitjorat tot en 1 any
