Cleanliness could have been better
Beds and sheets were very comfy.
Donuts were the only good thing at breakfast.

check in was terrible. Had to call both phone numbers and still waited over 15 minutes. The buffet was empty when i arrived at 7am. Took 10-15 minutes to restock after i complained.
It could use an update as in linens and towels
The room I booked showed photos of a jetted tub, Room had no jetted tub. Found a short straw with a white powder residue on top of bathroom mirror, as well as dirty cutlery in the drawer.
One of the beds was not sitting on a bed frame. It was just directly on the floor. The microwave door was broken every time you opened it. It almost fell right off. There were stains on the beds. And we found like what looked to be the top of a needle by the bottom of one of the beds. There was a musky smell in the room which I could have got over but the security latch was also ripped off.

Love the kitchenette. Full fridge, freezer, dishwasher and equipped with your basic needs for making meals.

Room was clean, stocked and quiet. Location is perfect, just off the highway with gas stations and a Tim Hortons near by.
There was a few repairs that needed to be completed in room. Toilet paper holder broken, cabinet had very loose and 1 hanging handles.
