Construction going on next door
Location was perfect. Right in front of the beach, very close to all restaurants and the center of Cabarete. Although in this center location, rooms were very quite. The room (penthouse apartment) was perfect for a family with 2 kids. Well equipped, two big bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was complete to use for cooking and we enjoyed the view on the beach and sea from our balcony. The people were very friendly and responded very quick when we had a question or needed help.
The entire staff was very helpful and courteous.

Beautiful apartment in front of the beach. Lovely team. Close to restaurants. Well equipped. Quiet space, although it's close to the centre.
It's a shame they don't offer some tea/coffee in the apartment as other hotels do. The down side is that they don't offer breakfast. So you can either buy your groceries and make your coffee or breakfast or go to a nearby restaurant for all meals.

Very poor water pressure. Went off completely numerous time. Hard to even have a shower. Not acceptable for this price of a property.

The condo was very well appointed with a full kitchen, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and a great ocean view. The staff was professional and courteous!
