お得感あり
Pros:

朝食はかなり力を入れてお得感があり地場産の食材と料理がとても良かった。
お部屋もユニットバスもキレイでした。
ベットも寝心地が良く枕も選べて熟睡。
奥様は女性お風呂のシャワーやドライヤーの設備が良かったと言ってる

Cons:

良くないと言う意味ではないが
お風呂や食事会場の混み具合が部屋で確認出来ると便利かと思う

Pros:

We waren al vroeg, maar konden zonder problemen onze koffers afgeven. Personeel was vriendelijk en fijn van de onsen te kunnen genieten. Spica de Lovot maakte het helemaal af!

Comfortable and convenient stay near Nagano station.
Pros:

Convenient to Nagano station and a 7/11. Also loved the first floor maga library and all the figures/decorations. It was fun to look through! Also liked the baths!

かなり良かった(残念なのは大浴場だけ)
Pros:

朝食バイキングの種類が豊富で美味しかった。
無料ロッカーが大変助かりました。

Cons:

大浴場が思っていたより狭く、洗い場(シャワー)も少なく、サウナいらないので洗い場を多くしてほしい。

Convenient and comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean room.
Conveniently located short walk from the train station.
There's 7-11 across the road and a supermarket nearby too.
Heating system made rooms totally warm enough for winter.
Manga library in lobby area but Japanese only books. Seating area, cool figures, dioramas and a pet robot in the lobby.

Cons:

Small room.
