If you use a GPS device to reach the property, you must set it to Via Marco Polo 43b, Sciacca. The swimming pool is open from May to October.

The management is not responsible for any temporary closures due to maintenance work.

I was extremely disappointed in the property. It was definitely not as advertised. I feel mislead by the way this property is advertised on booking.com.
The spa is operated separately and was not even open. Nothing on booking.com or the property’s website indicated the spa was not closed. When we booked we were even sent a message with the spa menu included, again indicating the spa would be operating and bookings for different spa services could be booked. When we arrived, we couldn’t find anyone who worked there for 20 minutes. Ringing the reception bell didn’t work we had to call them to get someone to check us in.
Requested a refund due to misleading booking. No refund, no apology was provided, staff only stated that it was a different buisness and nothing to do with them. No accountability for misleading advertisement. We ended up leaving and not staying with no refund being offered or provided. Extremely frustrating and disappointing with both the property and booking.com

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Wir sind erst gegen Abend in der Unterkunft angekommen. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz und war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider hatte das Restaurant noch geschlossen, weil keine Saison war.

Se scelgo un hotel con la spa questa deve fare parte dei servizi se la devo pagare a parte deve essere specificato nel sito in questo caso 80 euro per due ore lo mettono hotel in concorrenza con strutture più quotate noi non abbiamo potuto usufruire neppure a pagamento perché non avevano altre prenotazioni e era spenta
