Worth the price. Location in Galtinburg was ideal for us as we walked downtown & to the Ober tram
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Convenient to Parking spot.

Cons:

Bathroom is need of full overhaul. It was clean (most important) but paint was peeling from the ceiling over the tub, vent was coming out of the ceiling, & corners of floor were either dirty or paint was missing.

Cons:

There was dog feces and urine all over the parking lot of which we had to walk around or step over. They said pets were not allowed. So how was this possible? Would never stay there again.

We loved the short walk to the strip and trolley.
Pros:

Continental Breakfast was good. Muffins, waffles, fruit, cereal. Coffee. The creek was a special treat. We saw a bear walking along the waters edge. The space in the room was very large.

Cons:

The refrigerator was iced up so the door did not seal.

Excellent location
Pros:

The property lies heavily in bear country!!! It seems like every day from our back balcony we saw bears and other wildlife!!! Great walking distance from down town and other food vendors.

Cons:

The lights on the balcony did not work at all.

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

I had an allergic reaction to the
makeup remover they provided. My eyes swelled up so much even benadryl didn't help. I was left with 2 black eyes once the swelling went down alittle. It's going to take a week to get back to normal. That was on the my only night there. I did let the staff know. I was told there was nothing they could do.

Pros:

The location is within walking distance of the shops and convention center.

Cons:

There was tape on the door frame leading out to the balcony to hold the weather stripping on, I guess? A random sticker left on the wall and the towels had stains. There was an old shower chair in the bathroom, I’m not sure why and there wasn’t anywhere to really set your stuff out to shower or get ready. We were really disappointed. I thought this was going to be nicer than it was and it felt and looked like it wasn’t cleaned well or take care of.

Pros:

I love the location if you enjoy walking downtown is close and easy to walk pretty much everywhere. The patio on the river was amazing we often sat out there after we were done exploring for the night and enjoyed the sounds of river and even saw a bear! The staff was very friendly. We also go to enjoy one night of swimming before it got cold after the rain the pool was well maintained. I would definitely stay there again! Side note the had the cutest waffle maker it made a bear waffle!

Pros:

The location was close to the Smoky Mountain park and convenient to walk into Gatlinburg downtown. The continental breakfast had a variety of selection including waffles, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, bagels, juice, coffee, etc.
