Pros:

The rooms were nice and the beds were soft. Front desk person wss sweet. Water pressure and temp for shower was great. Loved the waffles and continental breakfast offerings ( nice touch). Convenient to parkway, so the location was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Not awful, but could definitely use some work. Great location and staff.
Pros:

I booked the property for its location, on the river and near enough to the strip to walk, but not right in the middle of everything. That was perfect. And ALL of the staff I encountered were wonderful.

Cons:

It wasn’t shared when booking that they were undergoing renovations. The front desk and breakfast area are currently in two of the guest rooms. They’re making good use of the space, but it did get very crowded, enough so that we just decided to go out for breakfast.
The rooms are definitely in need of updating. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. There were areas that looked like they hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. Several things were in disrepair, and you could see light all around the front door, especially at the bottom. That also meant you could hear every single bit of parking lot noise.

Great price. Clean place. Quiet. Walking distance to a few restaurants.

Although a little construction is going on, still very clean. Quiet. Great location. Can walk to dinner. Didn’t try the breakfast. Room was nice. Plenty of room for my family.

It was good overall.
Pros:

Didn't do breakfast, but it looked good. Coffee was good. Leaving car parked and walking to everything. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom too small, cosmetics and stuff had moisture on them after taking shower with door closed, had to leave it open. Pillows were small and uncomfortable.

Absolutely perfect highly recommend
Pros:

The Hotel was close to Gatlinburg you can walk to everything. The beds were very comfortable that's a plus any where. We will be coming back.
