Pros:

The lady receptionist who checked us in was very friendly. The room was clean. The ac in the room worked very well. The view of the river from the outdoor lounging area was amazing and peaceful. The location was convenient to the downtown area. The price of the room was affordable compared to nearby locations.

Cons:

The gentleman who checked us out had the personality of a rock. The beds were not comfortable at all. 2 wall outlets and 2 light fixtures in the room (105) didn't work. The continental breakfast did offer a waffle station, but overall it was pretty minimal.

Pros:

The rooms were very clean, the hotel staff is very kind and polite. The location itself is pretty good and most of the activities within the town are at a walkable distance. The balcony with river views are a plus point and provides a decent chance of seeing a black bear from a safe spot (we were lucky enough to see it once). Overall great experience and will definitely return to this place. Keep up the good work!

We love visiting Gatlinburg ❤️
Pros:

Easy access to the main drag. Beautiful views from balcony of the river, bridge and mountains.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable, and breakfast was lacking. Our last morning they did not even have out the waffle batter, which was "main" option.

Beautiful property. Fantastic Staff.
Pros:

Never been to such a nice Econo Lodge. Staff is incredibly friendly. Book the river side if available. Lots of great bird watching. Huge rooms. Great bed and strong showers. Fridge and a microwave. What else do you need? Absolutely book this place if it’s not already sold out.

Cons:

I didn’t get to have more days there.

Disappointing but it is what it is
Pros:

The location was great and the beds were comfy.

Cons:

I called when I originally booked the hotel and asked if the pool would be open by the time of our stay. I was told over the phone yes that it would be open. We got there and not only is the pool closed but it was disgusting looking. The cover was falling in, the water was half full and looked like green swamp water. The pool deck and surrounding areas were very trashy looking.
