Climatiseur ultra efficace, petit déjeuner débutant à 10 h alors que la chambre doit être libérée à 10h d’où l’obligation de se lever plus tôt pour aller dans le buffet de l’hôtel en face. Taxe de séjour payée deux fois auprès de la même employée…une fois au check in par ma femme une fois au check out par moi (je ne savait pas que cette taxe avait été déjà été payée car la première facture n’était jamais arrivée!) restauration aux alentours de qualité.

Heel aardige staff en een heel mooi uitzicht vanuit het appartement. Veel bij het mooie zwembad kunnen zitten en ook directe toegang tot een heel leuk strandje. Veel trappen vanwege het hoogteverschil, maar goed voor de conditie!

The pool was large and clean. A friendly bar run by Tony overlooked the pool and was not intrusive. The beach was in a lovely quiet cove and within a minutes walk. Marta the friendly lifeguard was always there to assist. I would highly recommend the resort and local restaurants were not too far to walk to as long as you are able to walk up steps

We stayed for 1 night as a family of 4, on a whim after deciding to explore another part or the island. We loved our time there and wished we could stay longer. We will be back!

All of the staff were friendly and very knowledge about the island. They gave really great advice on where to go and what to see in our limited time.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. La situation sur Arenal est très bien. Petite plage privée sur une petite concha.le personnel tres agréable et sympathique. La langue francaise est pratiquée par lequipe d'accueil. Les logements de 80 m2 sont tres fonctionnels, il manque peut-etre un ou deux saladiers en llis, mais sinon tres bien équipés. Tv dans le salon et dans la chambre des parents. Une petite caresse au gentil chat qui a partagé une partie de noos vacabces et que nous avons appelé GRINGO, trop mignon. Nous reviendrons cest sûr.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel! Très beau, très propre avec un personnel excellent à la réception (2 dames hollandaises) et un maître nageur hyper sympa !
