I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at ease. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant and comfortable visit.

The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood – a perfect starting point for exploring. I was also able to use a shower just for myself, which made my stay even more convenient.

Truly wonderful, and I’m already looking forward to my next when I'm in Kamakura. The hotels dedication to making every guest feel at home and cared for is truly remarkable.

I can wholeheartedly recommend staying in this hotel – it was a 5-star experience in every way! Thank you again for everything! ♡

A comfortable stay in Fujisawa
Pros:

Hotel En isn't a famous, large hotel, but I always book it when I go to Fujisawa. Hotel En offers a comfortable stay with its warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend it if you're planning a vacation in Shonan.

Cons:

It would be even better if each room had a bright desk lamp.

Overall, it is an average hotel. The prices aren’t too bad, but the parking is very expensive if you plan on staying 2 n
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff were professional, and they spoke English.

Cons:

There is no parking, the only options were paid parking that is not reimbursed or reserved by the hotel. The pictures were misleading, making us think there was an on site onsen available, but there isn’t. It is only for the suite.

長期滞在を家族でしました。１０日間、スタッフの方々がとても素晴らしかったです。特に夜間の多言語スタッフの方々が、ご親切でした。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

特になし。強いて言えば、住宅街にある立地なのかもしれませんが、駅からもスーパーからも近く、さらにランニングにぴったりの道沿いにあり、不満はありませんでした。

Pros:

Location is not bad, capsules are fine.

Cons:

Futon on the floor is terrible, no any place to seat or move around. No chair provided. Room walls are not clean. Also used laundry facility in the basement; after two drying cycles clothing was wet.
