お世話になりましたが、、
Pros:

宅配で届けておいたスーツケースを部屋に運んでおいてくれた。スタッフは、よく挨拶してきて礼儀正しかった。ホテル全体的に清潔感はあった。

Cons:

カプセルベットがある３人部屋のマットレスが非常に薄く、苦情を言うレベルでした。ランドリーの洗濯機とドライヤーが１台づつしかなく、いつも順番待ちだった。ボディソープが強すぎて、肌がカサカサになった。セキュリティに不安を感じる部分があった。

Pros:

Konumu harika, çok temiz ce çok güzel bir otel. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Lobide ikram olarak çok çeşitli ve lezzetli çaylar bulabiliyorsunuz. Bir sonraki gelişimizde kesinlikle tekrar kalmak istiyoruz, çok teşekkürler.

Very good value
Pros:

All staff very polite and helpful. Very good value. We arrived on a wet day. The staff offered shoe drying machine which saved us. Free water, tea or coffee. 7 11 very close. And we used the microwave to warm up food downstairs. Also in the basement there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Again it helped us a lot drying clothes after being soaking wet. The kids enjoyed the capsules and my experience on Tatami was not too bad. A great base for trips to Kamakura and the beaches.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far from the station. Be prepared for the long distance to walk after a long day.

Nur zu empfehlen
Pros:

Ich war einige Wochen im Hotel EN, zunächst im EZ, später mit meiner Mutter im DZ. Nach 17 Jahren kam ich wieder nach Japan und ich bin froh, im Hotel EN meinen Aufenthalt gestartet zu haben. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl, da das Personal unglaublich nett, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend war. Es war immer schön, nach einem langen Tag zurückzukehren. In den Betten konnte ich sehr gut schlafen. Trotz Nähe zum Aufzug war dieser keineswegs zu hören.
Leider verpasste ich die Chance, mich von den Angestellten am letzten Tag zu verabschieden...Aber ich werde sicher bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder kommen!

Cons:

Wenig Ablage bzw. Aufhängemöglichkeit im Bad und fehlende Schränke für Kleidungen.
