Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel in the heart of Jaipur
Pros:

Fantastic location, beautiful grounds and swimming pool and lovely big, air-conditioned rooms. Good breakfast with a decent variety of options. Very charming place

Cons:

Dinners could maybe have been a little better but were still fine

would definitely stay again, might need to request an exterior room, not one of the interior ones.
Pros:

Staff were great. Nice large property, pretty and historic.

Cons:

The restaurant breakfast wasn't amazing, and getting anywhere else involves a tuk tuk or car. Room was a bit loud with the haveli brass bolts and padlocks for everyone's doors and my room windows were adjacent to an outside alley with dogs and kids.

Diggi Palace is an exquisitely beautiful and comfortable place to stay... an oasis in the city.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and the room... well... it actually feels like a palace! From the air conditioning to the balcony, from the bed to the bathroom, everything was simply wonderful. The grounds and the restaurant are also amazing.

Cons:

The hotel cost is a bit high, even though it is a beautiful place. The tuktuk drivers are definitely a bit pushy and make you feel rather guilty if you don't ride with them. They are nice guys, but the hotel would benefit from explaining that guests really, truly don't appreciate pushy pressure from hotel-affiliated tuktuks. It became an issue during my stay.

I booked the room for 3 guests on booking .com
I paid the full amount plus taxes approx 17000/-

Still I was charged for extra bed 2000/-

Booking.com said clearly free late checkout

I was forced to pay 6000/- more why ? For late checkout

The reception staff said they don’t know anything about this offer they were in no mood to listen to me

Booking .com needs to make clear to both parties about the free offers

One staff member said clearly there is nothing free

I expect a refund of 8000/- rs and an apology

Very pleasant stay at diggi palace
Pros:

Beautiful, good location, friendly staff, vijay welcomed us kindly, aakash gave us tips to visit the city. Very nice historical vibe, nice timelapse to Maharajas life. You can have a nice breakfast in the garden while watching peacocks and squirrels.

Pros:

Beautiful haveli. Grand entrance. Peacocks roaming gardens. Our room was huge! Corridors/archways all lovely.
Nice swimming pool.

Cons:

One point - I asked the hotel if they do free transfers from train station and they said they could arrange for a ridiculous price so I used Uber for fraction of cost.

Amazing place to stay
Pros:

Booked this property for my family for a short leisure trip.
This is what they had to say about they stay: The property is very well maintained and has everything you can ask for. The gardens are amazing. The food is also top quality and very delicious. There are ample green spaces to walk around and enjoy. The staff is also very helpful and maintain the property to highest standards. No complains. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Jaipur.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella. Camera molto spaziosa ed accogliente. Ottimo ristorante e colazione super. Gran bel giardino, molto rilassante. Struttura molto consigliata, fuori dal trambusto di Jaipur ma vicina al centro.
