Absolutely amazing stay!
Coco Retreat Phuket is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for relaxation. The staff are incredibly kind and always go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with a view that made every morning special. The food was fresh and delicious — especially the Thai dishes!

It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy authentic Thai hospitality. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and rejuvenating getaway in Phuket. 🌴✨

I love Chalong, and this place is great if you want your little paradise to relax after a hot busy day.

I have nothing negative to say, all was perfect. Only “inconvenient” is that on the app it said that it is 2 minutes walking from Wat Chalong, and this is not true. It’s about 30 minutes walking or 3-5 in vehicle. Only mentioning to keep in mind. We loved our stay!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room smelt of damp. Maintenance issues all around hotel. House keeping not so good. Menu very basic no fresh fish on menu. No local supermarket. No ATM in walking distance. No street food in walking distance. No local beach. Have to have taxi everywhere.

Perfect location in changlong 10 min walk to fitness street . I stayed with my 14 year old son . The staff are amazing very friendly and helpful any informal tips trips they have you covered . Food 10 they have healthy options .Your washing can be done here too . Also rent a ped from reception . Patong walking street is 40 min by taxi nearest beaches 30 min depending on on what one . House keeping came in everyday to clean room . I left money on the side and passports for my stay with no problems . They go above and beyond at this hotel . Can’t wait to return. Definitely a Lille gem away from all the hustle perfect .

Long way to ewerything

Came for a retreat and it was perfect. Spacious room, good restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. Not the best walkability, though a few restaurants and small markets within a mile. They miss small details, like dirty windows, so not a 5 star place, but more than adequate for an inclusive retreat or if wanting to just sit by a pool and read a book for a few days.

Peaceful and calm place to stay. We have a lovely few nights at coco retreat. Lovely big room. Three nice swimming pools with lovely gardens. Great helpful staff. Lots of healthy option to eat at restaurant. Everything we tried was really nice and fresh. Excellent smoothies. An all round lovely hotel.

From start to finish me and my partner had an amazing stay.
Clean and tidy hotel. Beautiful decor. Beautiful and clean swimming pools. All 3 of them. There is a restaurant which does beautiful food, this is at the back of hotel.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Location near all the gyms etc. quiet part of phuket but close to the south which has beautiful scenery and beaches. Check out Rawaii!!!!

Will 1 billion percent be returning to this hotel. Didn’t want to leave!

Für kleines Budget ist das Hotel akzeptabel.
Was uns total gestört hat ist, dass in der Holz Tür zwei mega große Spalte waren, sodass man den Flur sehen konnte und das Wasser hat beim duschen nach verfaulten Eiern gerochen. Ansonsten war alles ganz ok.

Had a great time. Good room, great pool and excellent staff.

Staff was very accommodating

Very chilled stay for couples. The room had everything we needed and the restaurant and pool cafe were very reasonable with lots of healthy options. Very impressed! We rented a scooter from the hotel which was helpful for getting around. Would stay again.

The property itself was nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The restaurant was nice - good food and a laidbaid and well decorated atmosphere. The staff was sweet but could have used additional training, although they tried really hard which was appreciated. There's much within walking distance of the property and it's expensive to hire a taxi from there. A scooter is a must but be careful on the road as driving in Phuket is hectic!

The experience at coco was really one to remember, staff was attentive and caring and moulded treatment around my situation. There was an issue with my booking agent and they accomodated me so well. Over the course of a month I really got to interact with a great facility, yoga, gym and spa. The area is a great breakaaway from the noise and business of Patong, however if you want a party experience, Coco is far more relaxed than that. Housekeeping was so nice and waited for me to be ready. I do wish there was a few more staff members as more guests came I could see the staff stretching themselves a little thin. Overall I highly recomend the hotel, the rooms are pretty modern although I did wish I had a microwave. Can't recomend enough.

I was so happy I did my ASH+ / Sandbox Stay here! CocoRetreat was perfect for me: Really quiet, almost no other guests, and just so peaceful. Lush green gardens, very clean and well maintained. Very big rooms with daily cleaning.

Also very very nice that there is a great cafe with a pool just next door in the sister hotel with very good wifi to work from. Food is healthy and tasty and all staff here is really friendly.

Beautiful hotel with amazing pool area! You have everything you need in the room. Fridge and air conditioner that makes the stay perfect. The food in the restaurant is also very good! 😁 I am working out at Titan, and this hotel is a 7-8 minute walk from the fitness camp. The people that work here are super friendly!
