perfect for bikers
Pros:

Wow what a welcome. Arrived hot and sweaty and the reception wouldn't let me check in until she had served me a cold lemon infusion. Fantastic old historic building. Room bright and airy. lovely courtyard. Right in the old town. Perfect for bikers parked on pavement right outside hotel. (not sure if it could take a group of 10!) Room overlooking bike. newly renovated bathroom was a big plus. Shower fantastic.

Cons:

no aircon but i arrived on hottest june day ever. Fan worked

Pros:

Très central pratique et joli patio ; flexibilité avec les bagages

Cons:

Malheureusement pas toujours très aimable à l’accueil : très sympathique mais on a l’impression d’être à l’école avec la maîtresse pour tous nos faits et gestes et c’est dommage car souriant et des qu’on pousse un peu la conversation peut être très agréable.

Pros:

Central location easy access to the port, restaurants and shops and also car parking is located very nearby.

Cons:

Cupboards are very old and sliding doors to the cupboard were difficult to use.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Excellent accueil : de bons conseils à l'arrivée, un coup de main avec la valise, toujours quelques mots échangés le matin au petit déjeuner. Celui-ci est très bon, le buffet est varié et fait maison, tant en salé qu'en sucré.

La chambre est jolie et le lit confortable. Le fait qu'il y ait des volets est un très bon point pour l'obscurité la nuit et pour éviter l'accumulation de chaleur en journée. La rue est calme en soirée, donc la chambre côté rue n'est pas un problème, avec une jolie vue sur un musée et les toits par ailleurs.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la ville, tous les lieux d'intérêt sont accessibles à pied.

Cons:

Il manque un peu d'espace de rangement, ne fût-ce qu'une table de nuit avec un tiroir pour pouvoir ranger quelques vêtements dans un espace fermé au lieu de l'étagère "ouverte" (mais c'est habituel dans les chambres simples, il faut bien optimiser l'espace disponible).

Nice hotel, friendly reception staff, very central but a little noisy if in a room at the front
Pros:

We only spent one night but its a great location. Very central to visit the old town and port area. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. 2 min walk to the bus stop for the airport. Room was OK in size, clean and had a good shower.

Cons:

We were at the front of the hotel 1st floor looking over the main street. As it was very hot we had to open windows in the evening to cool down the room. Fan was provided but room was still very warm at night. We were told that it is a quiet area...no bars or restaurants near by which is true however unfortunately it was still very noisy. Bin lorries, people walking past and then vans passing in the morning I assume for the market at the end of the road. All added to a difficult night's sleep. Ask for a room at the back if its summer

Would stay again. Great location, clean room/bed and a wonderful manager in Jesssica.
Pros:

Jessica, the manager, was awesome. She speaks perfect English and was very keen to accommodate all our requests.

No kettle or fridge in room.
