La habitación
The location was very good, close to the beach and local seaside restaurants.
There were no complimentary tea or coffee refills, even though a coffee maker was available in the room. Having to pay €10 per day for the safe made the overall cost less affordable, especially with these additional daily charges.

Prima hotel vlak bij strand cafés en restaurantjes. Prima en vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en erg schoon. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Ik heb een Prima verblijf gehad met een mooie kamer met klein terras.

The room was quiet and overlooked the pool. A good variety at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was in a quiet area with a short walk to the seafront. Bar area is lovely and pool area was also clean.
Breakfast wasn’t replenished frequently. The pool was much smaller than it looked in the photos, only one small lift, meaning that you could wait quite a while to use it. Low lighting made it difficult to see to apply make up etc.

Room was a bit rough around the edges and older than it looks in the pics as well as being a totally different room than in both pics on booking.com, when confronted I was told than not all the Lux rooms have a bath and if I wanted one to move my stuff by 12 , I was allready out in my days activity so this wasn’t possible
The location is great and the swimming pool is a plus, would be lovely if it was heated.
The coffee pods were provided only for the first night and the coffee at breakfast wasn’t good. Food choice is limited too. Room was left not cleaned in more than one occasion, had to ask at reception specifically to clean it.
