Pros:

Beautiful room, great location, probably our best accommodation we had in Vietnam.

Cons:

Our flight was delayed and landed late and we thought the building was closed; the lights were off and no one was at the desk. However we pushed open the door (it was unlocked) and the staff was asleep on the couch! Poor guy must have needed a nap.
