Cons:

Cama matrimonio muy pequeña. No es la mejor atención al cliente del mundo, y pudieran mejorar. Me cobraron por custodia al excederme en recoger las maletas del hotel. Efectivamente, si, habia un anuncio al respecto en el front desk, pero ni lo ví, ni nos avisaron al respecto.

Good enough value for the money in January, but I would not stay at other times of the year.
Pros:

Property is old and quirky, but no surprise there. Room 138 looked out onto the pretty street scene below, thankfully the newer generation windows block most of the street noise. Lighting in the room was very poor. Our room did have elevator access but it was clear that many rooms do not, an issue presumably if you are traveling with many pieces of luggage (as we were.) No real facilities on site, but again, that was expected. Breakfast was fine, but it ends at 9:30 on weekdays, a bit early if you have partied too much the night before. Property is located a 7 minute walk from Paddington Station, which was the primary reason we booked it. Conversely, it is at least a 5 minute walk to any type of restaurant or pub activity.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind bequem, die Lage sehr gut

Cons:

Der Mann beim Empfang war sehr unterkühlt, aber viele Mitarbeiter waren nett. 5 Pfund dafür, dass man seinen kleinen Rucksack 2 Stunden länger dort lässt, weil man einen späten Rückflug hat, waren dann aber schon sehr viel. Das ist nicht sehr kundenfreundlich.

シャワーしかなかったが、新しくなっていて湯量や温度調整も満足するものだった。
パディントン駅から徒歩数分の便利な立地の割に静かな環境だった

Pros:

The room was very nice, and I got upgraded. It does get very hot during the night, which isn't a fault of the hotel, but they do provide you with a fan. The fan is very noisy, but at least it cools you down. The staff were very polite and quick to satisfy your needs, and they kept me topped up with tea and biscuits and anything else I needed for my room. Their service during breakfast was great, and they made the experience enjoyable despite their not being much choices. The location of the hotel itself is very easy to find and is near to a lot of places to go as well as a lot of transport options, being only 10 minutes away from the station, underground and many bus stops. If you are like me and prefer walking to destinations to save money, it is also easy to walk to many shops and cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

In my room, my main light didn't work, but there were still 3 other lamps I could have on, so it didn't affect me too much and actually made it quite cosy. The continental breakfast was at first very disappointing, as there is only very small croissants and small pain au chocolats as well as some yogurt and fruit, so there isn't much selection. On the second day I knew what to expect, and so it was more enjoyable, however I still left feeling like there could have been more. During the day of my first full day, I feel like the staff didn't communicate on who was checking on what room, as I had 1 of them knock on my door and ask if I wanted housekeeping, to which I told them when I'd be out. Then, not even 2 minutes later, another housekeeper knocked on my door and asked if I wanted housekeeping, and I let her know when I would be out like I did previously, and she was very attentive and asked me if there was anything I needed, so I asked if I was able to have some more milk, which she kindly brought to me along with a fresh towel and some more biscuits, but I did feel that only one member of staff should have visited in order to cause the least amount of disruption, and I think one of them got confused as to whether I wanted housekeeping or not, and then that confused me as I didn't know if they were coming to clean my room and if I should head out for it or not. Other than this, the staff are very polite and quick to satisfy your needs, and mistakes happen, as I know from working in the hospitality industry. Other than the things I have listed, I cannot fault this hotel in any other way, and while I enjoyed my stay, I feel it is a one time experience, and that I'd prefer to stay somewhere else next time. However, I acknowledge that the staff are doing their best and I am someone who prefers little interaction when I stay somewhere, so these are just my opinions and someone else may appreciate it more.

Posizione ottima e disponibili a risolvere difficoltà
Pros:

La posizione ottima in un quartiere molto bello. Struttura disponibile a trovare una soluzione dopo aver segnalato alcuni disagi, anche grazie al supporto di Booking.com, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato. Camera bella divisa in 2 stanze piu bagno.

Cons:

La nostra camera che dava sul retro aveva vicino un motore di aerazione che dava fastidio.

Ottima struttura
Pros:

Posizione tranquilla e comodissima, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano pub e negozietti e, soprattutto, la stazione di Paddington è raggiungibile in soli 5 minuti a piedi. Ottima la pulizia, con riassetto quotidiano della camera e cambio regolare degli asciugamani. Letto e cuscini davvero comodissimi, stanza silenziosa e confortevole.Il  bagno è dotato di vasca, resa pratica dalla tenda della doccia sufficientemente lunga da evitare di bagnare il pavimento. Confermo la presenza del lavabo con doppio rubinetto, uno per l’acqua calda e uno per quella fredda: non ne comprendo l’utilità, ma non ha comunque creato alcun disagio.
Il frigorifero, capiente e molto efficiente, è collocato all’interno dell’armadio.
Colazione con proposte dolci e salate: la scelta non è vastissima, ma più che adeguata per iniziare bene la giornata. Personale della sala colazione molto cortese.
Se dovessi tornare a Londra, sceglierei molto probabilmente di soggiornare di nuovo in questa struttura.

ロケーションが良かった

Cons:

棚やクローゼット等は学生寮的な造りで、高価格から期待できるレベルではなかった。ロケーションが良いので、周辺の他のホテルも同様なのかもしれないが。。。また、ホテル自体の評価ではないが、すぐ裏の通りで夜中の3時過ぎまで大騒ぎしている人たちがいて眠れない日があった。

All staff were very nice and helpful. Very clean rooms, excellent location and less than 10 min walk from Paddington station.

Cons:

No A/C, room was in the back of the hotel and although it was very quiet it was extremely hot and the portable fan they provide did not help.
