Not the best!
Pros:

Breakfast was fair. Not full house but was still placed on side of traffic, smoke alarm went off and no one came to let us know anything!

Cons:

Noisy fans in bathroom. Could hear next doors bathroom fans left on all night!

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We came to attend PRIDE and it was only a few blocks. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We will stay here again
