Pros:

Clean, comfortable room with few amenities. Great location.
Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to Manitou Springs shopping and dining area. The room was exceptionally clean and neat. If you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep, shower, and tour the area, it works very well.

Cons:

It was a little strange not having a lobby or manager on site. However, they were very quick to respond to emails. It is a very basic room. If you're here for several days and spend a lot of time in the room, it might not be the right place for you.

We loved our stay and the little town! Can't wait to come back
Pros:

Its old, but clean and cute. nice and spacious room close to shops and dining. Chairs on the patio were a nice addition. No staff on site - self check in. But good communication prior to arrival. The room had everything we needed

Renoviertes Motel mitten im schönen Ort Manitou Springs. Bequeme und saubere Betten.

Cons:

Im Bad befanden sich noch viele Haare, der Boden war nicht gesäubert, wir mussten zuerst nochmal putzen.
Am meisten gestört hat uns jedoch, dass die Toilette keine Tür hatte, diese befand sich praktisch frei im Raum. Wer kommt denn auf so eine Idee ? Null Privatsphäre.
Wir würden hier nicht mehr buchen.

I love the location but the bed is super uncomfortable.
Pros:

I like the location to the Barr Trail Race that I was doing again. The AC works well. The bathroom is very nice and water pressure is good. Room is plenty big and with microwave. Couch area is a bonus.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. Bed frame is cheap. Bed frame was obviously already broken. Bedding is garage. Bed is flat. Felt like we were sleeping on the bed frame wood. I have stayed here twice now before a race and both times got terrible sleep because of the bed and bed frame.
