Great location. 15 min to Pikes Peak gateway and a very short walk to restaurants and shops.
The lock on my door did not work. There is no onsite staff, so I had to call a call centre and they sent someone over. They ended up changing my room, at 8:30pm. In the new room, the AC was not operating (it was over 90F that day) and all they could offer was a noisy fan. There was also significant water damage in bathroom, very poor renovations with failing tiled shower, and a sign saying you can’t flush toilet paper! They offered a small reduction in the bill.

Wifi and TV only worked sporadically. Ice machine was out of order.

Everything was just perfect, walking distance to everything, beautiful room, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom and great room size. I loved the keyless door lock , it makes everything so much easier. Great value for this amazing stay!
Great location.
The room we chose was actually set up for more than just a couple, so there was plenty of room. Recent renovations we well done. We also had a wonder deck right over the creek. Loved how close it was to walk into town but was far enough off the main path that made it very quiet.
No ice machine.
This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in. If you are looking for a Hilton type of hotel, this is not it. It is a basic room/bathroom with a very comfortable bed! It is the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The manager, Menchie, was fantastic, she took care of us and even gave us an extra hour for late checkout, since we did the incline in the morning. The hotel is on the main drain in Manitou springs and within walking distance of the shops and shuttles.
Nothing I didn't like, it was about a good of stay as we could of asked for. I will be back!

The room was spacious and walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Garden of the Gods and pikes Peak were short drives away. The staff were friendly and helpful.
