Location, location, location
Location was good, not far from the shops and beach.
The room was dated, bathroom fan was broken, faucet made high pitch squeal. Our bathtub did not drain and the shower leaked. The walls are paper thin. There was no AC and the room got muggy even with a fan.
The pool was disgusting human and dog hair everywhere, the saunas did not get warm.
Location. The pool was nice. The staff was nice also.
The bathroom we had would not let us pull the lever to have the shower head come on. They were nice enough to give us a new room but we were then by all of the dogs howling and yelping. The saunas took a lot longer to warm up and even then it wasn’t warm enough.

Our room was not as nice as pictures, for the amount you pay, I think it was not worth it. It felt like we were staying at the motel. The front desk stuff was not pleasant. The pool is smaller than on the pictures as well, was crowded with kids when we went. Coffee shop was not open in the morning as advertised.

Great location for accessing the beach and the amenities at the hotel were nice. Towels were good. The complimentary coffee was good.
The staff were friendly enough but when we checked in they didn't explain what the hotel had to offer or where our room was. The curtains in our room didn't cover the entire window so we had to hang blankets. The TV worked about half of the time we tried to use it. Beds were too firm and linens felt cheap. Thermostat was inconsistent and the room was either too cold or too hot. Really though, these things weren't a big deal just trying to provide honest feedback.
